Wife and I been there few times just for lunch. Get there when it opens at 1130 went there today as we walked up I saw a large family waiting outsidesmall kids 4-5 of them running around we went in the young no personality hostess asked us inside or out we said out.Now that hostess knew where she was putting that large family and sure enough she put us right by them. She put another couple by them also.We both got up and moved to another table. Who wants kids around around your table..If you don't drive a Lexus or a Mercedes be prepared to sit in the kindergarten section.Won't be back .....

Ceviche and Tuna Tartare were on the bland side. Not enough lemon, not enough cilantro. Tomatoes were not diced, and tartare, well if you're gonna make this, more effort needs to be made. Presentation was excellent. Try the artichokes appetizers that was excellent. I've made much better ceviche, actually won a contest in MX, but I've been making ceviche for over 20 yrs. Tartare is new to me, but I try it everywhere we go now. So I've become a bit of a snob. This lacked seasoning and flavor. Check the readiness of your mango. Season or salt some more.

We’ve always loved the atmosphere at Riverhouse. The tiki bar is a potential gold mine, unfortunately it’s understaffed. Bartenders intentionally avoid eye contact. Not sure if they are responsible for making cocktails for the restaurant too, but regardless, they are not your typical fun “how can i help you” kind of people. And, if the management team or bartenders don’t want to serve food there, then just don’t offer it. Be prepared to ask for whatever you need (repeatedly) if you try the tiki bar.
Waited 40 minutes for a table while we had a 7:30 reservation. This was a birthday celebration for our family of 4 which proved very disappointing. Once we sat at the table it was 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us and 20 minutes more to get cocktails for 4! My husband finally went to bar to get any attention. Service was terrible. Our food was ok …. I certainly expect more from a restaurant charging 44-48$ for a piece of fish! And 40$ for 4 sides! Been here many times, but will be awhile before we go back. Need some improvement in their management!!!!

Where do I begin….I was flabbergasted by the whole experience. My recent dining at so called high-end restaurant was a catastrophe from start to finish. The ambiance felt more like a drunken parlor/ brothel than a high-end eatery. I’ve had a reservation for party of 2, although when we arrived, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes to be seated. Seriously!?Now, let's talk about how the waitress had an attitude from the very beginning and messed up my drink order. But wait, there is more to add to that abysmal service. Food…. Despite the hefty price tag, every dish I tried lacked any semblance of taste or seasoning. It’s a shame for such a place. Save yourself the disappointment and just eat a bowl of plain oatmeal at home – at least you’ll save some money and won’t have to endure the agony of tasteless food. Such a disappointment….

Senior Living Guide
This place is good. A little bougie for me. But then again I'm a southern boy. And not a fan of valet only parking.On to the food. I did not think steak was the way to go here. But someone at the table did. And as a self professed steak snob, this piece of meat was on point. Dang. The sushi was good, not great. Everyone loved the eggs and bacon app, I've had better.Next time I'll get the fish.By the way, great views while you eat.

Warning!!! Don't recommend for work dinners or a sma gathering. I called three times to confirm the dinner for 14 ppl. My boss arrives and the table wasn't set and they didn't apologies. Very embarrassing. Management is terrible!! It's a shame because I love the atmosphere and food. I will send an email to the owners because I would want to know how my business is being run.

Valet was rude. Reception was rude. General demeanor of server ie was surly. Second glass of wine was poured on top of glass that was not empty. Food was lukewarm warm. Will never be back.

We made reservations and requested outside seating. We are in our seventies and had to sit at a high top table with very uncomfortable stools and right in the middle of the doorway where every server had to pass through. The steaks were ordered medium and they were well done. The rolls came from a restaurant supplier and we’re the worst! The parking lot was a train wreck! They had valet parking but there was such a traffic jam that we gave up and self parked 150 yards away..Our experience was the worst ever!The young girls at the host desk have very poor attitudes and never thank the customers on the way out, much less asking how our dinner was.The worst thing I’ve ever spent $200 on!
