I ordered a chicken potpie through doordash. I have not been this disgusted in a LONG TIME!!! It was chunks of chicken in dirty water, with NO vegetables, and a soggy/sticky crust!!! I will NEVER order their food again - EVER!!! ICK!!!

I used to order the Pasta chicken primavera all the time. I no longer order this , it just sits in oil, made me feel sick. I called one time a long time ago to complain however, they continue to make it this way, My son ordered it a few days ago and he said it was saturated in olive oil.
Visited 11/4/2023. Girl at counter clueless with terrible attitude. Food was bland, not like all the other C.R. Chicks I've been to over the years (others were flavorful). I had to use A LOT of salt and pepper on my quarter dark with mash potatoes with gravy. Cucumbers were good. During ordering, I asked the girl if there was gravy. She proceeded to scoop HALF of the potatoes back out of my container but charged me a couple dollars extra for the gravy without ever saying there would be an extra charge... so less food for more money. I learned afterwards by reviewing my paid receipt. Same girl also asked me something at the register, didn't hear my answer, when I repeated she acted like I changed my mind (but she just didn't listen) and then rolled her eyes at me. She stood around playing with her phone, eating, and disrupting her coworkers between customers. Best thing about this location is the size of the dining area.

I used take my family at least twice a month for eleven years now is like a total different place I don't know what happened but the place is really bad food is cooked halfway they take the order and give you something else and it's really expensive for not to enjoy the

Look the food is amazing here just like every other location. That’s not the issue. The girls answering the phones and taking your orders are so unpleasant and rude. They are the reason I will not go to this location anymore. Hire more pleasant staff!

It's particularly important to get a to-go order right. This was the second time it's been wrong. I let it go the first time. This particular location either needs to have the staff repeat an order back to the customer or show it to them before it is bagged. Very disappointing to get back to the office to find it wrong. Side note, this time, the cucumber and sour cream salad seems more like cucumber and milk, as if made a day ahead.
Employee had a bad attitude, and thought preparing customers order is "not their job".

Overall great food. Placed order over the phone. Employee was rude and hung up before I finished speaking. Received similar experience in the restaurant when I got there to pick up. Counter girls didn’t interact in conversation with customers only other employees. Seemed as if service was not important.

I ordered food last night a meatloaf dinner with the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. When I got my food it had carrots and pasta salad. Not once did they say they did not have what I ordered. They just gave me what they had. Not happy and highly disappointed.

Chicken was good, but overall the food was mediocre. The restaurant itself is VERY unsanitary. The staff do not wear gloves and spend most of their time eating, drinking, playing on their phones, and watching the movie playing on the TV screen, which appears to be rotated in a direction that favors the staff.

First, love the chicken & sides, been going for years. Now the chix pot pie, complete disaster. Watery slop with undercooked pastry top. The pasta dishes, smokys are great but whats with the sauce or lack thereof. For $14-15, very underwhelming.
