I used to love this place but i’m very disappointed i feel that the whole chain is going downhill.. This was the first time i had been to this location overall the employees were very nice we had ordered dumplings for appetizers but it seems the server forgot to put them in because we had got our main course before our appetizer. I used to get the tri color pizza i know it’s been off the menu for a while but i was still able to order it i am very upset they took it off for good it was one of the best!! So i ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp when it came out there was chicken instead of shrimp. The sauce was so oily and overall was just bland. Unfortunately i had to send it back I ended up just eating the dumplings that eventually came out which were really good! Overall the server was really nice and took the fettuccine and dumplings off our bill. But i’m just disappointed that this chain is going downhill it’s not the same as it used to be.

I give this one star because the manager (Ashley Houska) was very rude and was often yelling at the workers. I felt awkward at times as did the other customers.Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old loved the cake

We had terrible service. Our waitress gave us our drink order and never came back. We ordered from a random worker who happened to walk by us. Then the food came and it was terrible. What happened?! I should never be able to compare the frozen pizza to fresh and think the frozen was better. I'm so disappointed.

This is a very nice place. We ordered the works pizza and it was amazing! The crust was crispy and just right. Everything tasted great, they brought out bread before the pizza with olive oil, that was nice. I would say this is one of the better places to eat in the mall if you have the time. It's a little crowded in there but they have table and booth seating. We had a booth.

Yum! Had lunch there today with two of my friends after shopping at the mall. We all got the lunch specials which is available seven days a week. My friend both got soup and salad and I got a pizza and salad. We had the best, most attentive server, Scott. He had impeccable service.The barbecue chicken pizza on the cauliflower crust was amazing. I can’t have gluten, so it was a very special treat for me. I also had the barbecue chicken salad, which was delicious.All three of us had a good time and we will be back.
I’ve been too California pizza kitchen several times but never have I had a better experience than when I was with Dani! She is the most attentive caring and considerate server I have ever come across in 33 years of life. Words could never describe how grateful I am to have met such a beautiful human being. I’ve been too several locations but from now on the only one I will return to is CPK in Palm Beach Gardens. Thank you Dani for everything you do. You are an actual blessing and a pleasure to have had the opportunity to meet ❤️

While shopping, I decided to stop and grab a bite to eat. I was greeted by a friendly smile, and seated quickly. All of our food was hot and came out fast. Overall I was very pleased with service and food selections. My food was tasty, I would visit this location again.
