Manager doesn’t understand his own menu and wants to charge more than the menu says. They also fail to enter your order the way you ask.

Ordered 2 times from here via 3rd party delivery. Both times have gotten wings and cheese and bacon fries. Wings could of been better but not horrible. But both times they never gave me my cheese and bacon fries. Also always get extra cheese sauce. Never received. Its like they are too lazy to make the fries or something because everything else is there. I woukd avoid going here at least getting delivery

usually don’t write reviews but this interaction truly ruined my day. not sure if this man was the manager or what but i was in need of a napkin and couldn’t find one anywhere else so the closest place was charley’s. i didn’t get food, just grabbed a napkin. the man that was behind the counter stopped me and said “napkins are only for customers” and was extremely nasty to me. i took ONE napkin. i asked him if he wanted me to put it back and he said no. his tone was uncalled for and i don’t understand the big deal about taking a paper napkin? sounds stupid to me. whether i’m a customer or not, that’s not a way to speak to someone and you guys certainly will not be gaining a customer after this!!!

Worker named Maury had a nice conversation with me even while cooking my sandwich. Expectations were low going in, but I was honestly impressed. Old School was grilled perfectly.Kid-friendliness: Worker was quite friendly to other families and kept them engaged.

Haven't been in since the pandemic and boy were we disappointed. We ordered REGULAR and we got the smallest thing I have ever seen. I used to live in Philly and this was so small, even our youngest child was able to finish hers. We also spent $3.49 to get 20 french fries. Yes, you read that right, two-zero french fries. At Popeye's we got a WHOLE BOX of french fries for $3.49. Not worth the $14.36 we ended up paying. Will not go back there again. Or any other Charleys

First off the same person touching cash, coins, is the same person touching your food.Disgusting operations. No changing of gloves.The fries are always cold and minimal as well.The manager usually in the AM, thinks he’s a tough guy also when it comes to the ladies. Well this lady is calling the health inspector. (;I suggest take a trip to Boynton mall, they have the best around, and they are clean !

The guy working the register had ZERO customer service, you can clearly tell he doesn’t care about his job at all. I tried to order a kids meal for my son who was still in a store with his grandmother and he told me I wasn’t allowed to purchase it, only kids 12 and under are allow to purchase that. I was like so I can’t order a kids meal for a kid bc they aren’t standing right infront of him…k

This location was new at Wall-Mart in Lake Park, Fl.. Staff friendly, very clean. Food was tasty. Menu was inviting with a lot of choices..
