Whoever the cashier girl, the chubby one this afternoon was, she shouldn't be a cashier. She is very disrespectful and shouldn't be the one interacting with customers. I Asked her for a water cup and immediately started predicting and accusing that i was going to use it to steal Soda. I have never felt this disrespected in a restaurant before.

Ordered a bowl through door dash. I ordered and paid for guacamole (you guys charge quite a bit for that) but when I received my bowl, it had no guacamole.

Servers behaved like they wanted to be anywhere but at work today . Served cold food , chicken , queso and didn’t listen carefully to 1 scoop of rice , seperate tortillas , put queso in bag dripping with cheese spill . Had to ask for a napkin to clean.. another bother. Never go back. Called and got manager Baptiste and he hung up on me. Oh , and both bags of chips were inedible stale.

I don’t know who’s supplying their steak but it tastes god awful. I just ate at chipotle down on glades in Boca and their steak was seemingly fine. I’ve been to this one off pga and us1 several times now and each time their steak tastes horrible. Chicken is fine.

Went after 8pm food was old and cold. I started with a salad but quickly had them toss it due to the wilted lettuce. Went with a bowl X3 people. Just was gross, the restaurant was dirty and needed to be cleaned up bad. Will try again as I love
I ordered a carnitas burrito with extra queso, white rice, refried beans, and green peppers wrapped in flour tortilla disc. It is to die for! The combo came with a bag of chips and a glass bottle of soda which could be replaced with a fountain drink. Pricewise is comparable to other chains that serve similar items, but the freshness of the ingredients is what sets Chipotle apart! The servers were professional and patient. The location I went to has comfy seats and one can choose high tables or a booth to dine in. I enjoyed my visit to Chipotle with my family.

Chipotle - I have been to this location for lunch on 3 occasions and it is always a filthy mess of a restaurant... Truly a dirty, gross, and disgusting place to consume food.Food all over the place, on the tables, on the floor, all over the kitchen area, and liquid all over the drink serving area. Nothing is clean... anywhere!I just don't get it... I have tried several times to comprehend what makes this restaurant chain and specifically this location popular.It's can't be the salty cold food, I'm sure it's not the ambiance, and certainly not the prices. I have to wonder, how do people shut off their eyes and not see the filth all around them while they eat?To top it off, the servers in the kitchen area put the food down like it is a combat quarters mess hall. Food on the top of the bowls, food on the bottom of the bowls, food everywhere! (as well as what food actually ends up in the bowls, which is inconsistent)Go see for yourself...!!! But then walk out with your money and eat somewhere where the staff cleans up after themselves and at least wipes down the tables where people are expected to eat.I can absolutely assure you that I will never eat at any Chipotle ANYWHERE again.Disgusting...
