Food is Strate cause it’s the chipotle recipe, but I’ve never been to a chipotle ran so poorly. The employees look like they hate their job. So it gives off bad energy soon as you walk in. Just grab your food and leave.

I am quite upset. Was in there yesterday and they charged me for the woman in front of me and then said my card is being declined. I said, "Are you sure" and he said loudly your card is declined. Embarrassed, I used a different card got my receipt and went to my car. When I got in the car, I checked my accounts. Sure enough they ran my card for the woman in front of me 53.00 my ordered was 28.00. I came back in the store and let them see the two charges and what a mess. Finally, they see what happened and gave me a credit for 53 however now I have to wait 3-7 days for the refund to hit my bank. For all the embarrassment and aggravation they should have refunded all my money. My food was cold by the time I got to eat it after spending 25 mins explaining they charged me for someone else's order.

I went yesterday Saturday the lady was upset beyond ask for 18 orders. They not want business absolutely they no have manager. I turn and go to pollo tropical, never come back every week I give $190 but they no ? want

Would give zero stars if I could customer service was horrible I ordered online and I didn’t get the correct bowl and I came back and they still couldn’t get it right. Manager was ignorant. Save your money and the stomach ache.

This chipotle is a constant disappointment. They are constantly unprepared and food is room temperature 90% of the time and everyone working there doesn't care. Also, they'll have 6 employees there, but only one is taking orders.

I dropped almost $50 on Door Dash for 3 tacos and 1 burrito, and the order was wrong in so many ways it's hard to comprehend how it got so messed up. If only the attention to detail was as high as the employees! If this was made by someone sober, I'm assuming they're inside the restaurant right now licking all the windows and taking shots of bleach. Save some chromosomes for the rest of us sport.

Delicious food and great service! I would happily drive extra to this location.I stopped in for a burrito bowl. I’m usually hesitant about asking for rice without cilantro because employees at other Chipotle’s have outright groaned in my face or said they don’t have unseasoned rice (without looking). I was pleasantly surprised when Amari happily obliged and even told me that it was no big deal. She was friendly and made sure my order was made just right.
