This is my local Dunkin, if I can I always avoid it. The service is consistently terrible, especially the drive through ladies. She’s always rude, and nasty to customers. I management must be terrible if they keep employees like this.I avoid this location at all cost

Worst dunkin never going back here, no one was at the counter, we waited 5 minuted, cashuer finally arrives anf we had to wait another 5 since she was busy texting while she was well aware we were in front of the counter, needless to say she heard some choice words deserving of her work ethic. Place is filthy, dont even bother.

Jamie and Sonia are friendly and provide great service during my visit. The store is located in a almost hidden plaza, close to many other stores on Donald Ross Rd. Very convenient and fast service.

I usually do the drive thru here and the service was always fast and professional. However, I walked into the store today and the bald guy with the tattoos (on body and face) was extremely rude and unprofessional, no greeting, no asking what my order is, no thank you, literally nothing. He barely said a word. He also wouldn't hand over my receipt normally, he just held on to it closer to him and made me grab it. If a manager is reading this, please talk to this guy about his customer service.

Do not order ahead at the drive-through unless you wanna wait an hour. The line goes all the way back to the Shell station. It’s not good business. The people who come inside have to wait based on the drive-through which is slow as ever. They don’t have enough people to staff the place too.

This is the worst Dunkin’ I have ever been to and I go to a lot of stores. The cold brew tastes awful. The iced coffee somehow tastes worse. The sandwiches are stale or worse. The service is handled by a bunch of teenagers that don’t want to be there (I understand why). I don’t normally leave reviews but I had to get this off my chest. Do not go here. There are much better options in the area.

I go to this DD store every single day and today was the worst experience… my order was wrong and the little girl just poured my drink into another cup and called it a day instead of what i ordered… she just tells me here you go and have a nice day… I was so frustrated I left the store… what is the point of placing an order on the app and when the store clerk messes up she does not fix it. .. when asked why she did not add the coffee to make it a large she goes I don’t care.

Awful... don't waste your time and money... they are rude, slow, and could care less. Seems like this is a common theme for Dunkin these days.
Weekday Cashier needs to get a customer service class!!! She is very verbally aggressive and rude!!! Check your staff!!!
