I'm not sure why it's rated so low, but we really enjoyed our experience! Our waiter, Cameron, was amazing! The wings were crispy and delicious. The pretzel was crazy good! Do yourself a favor and try this place - don't let the 3 stars fool you!

Stopped in quickly to grab some wings, they made a special request of Old Bay wings for me (my favorite flavor). Also the ranch dressing seems to be made in house. Very satisfied.

Food was good but when I received the check, there was a service charge on it. I asked the server and she said it is a fee if using a credit card to pay. That's the cost of doing business. If you feel you need to make more money then increase the food slightly. People won't notice that. Until they change this, we will not be going back.

I've been coming here for years and every time they get cheap with the sauce for the wings and don't listen to instruction. Even have telling them extra wet, they brought out wings and there wasn't any sauce around the wings. Then took it back, brought it back 5 minutes later with barely more sauce that was cold along with the wings. I also ordered garlic park broccoli and fries, in which there was very little sauce on them as well and broccoli was soggy. Really dissatisfied with this location.
