Do not get an online order from this location. Today was the fourth time we got a pick up order and there was barely any meat and all bread minus the tomato and mayonnaise.There was only about 70% meat covering the bread and very thin… more like a tomato and mayonnaise sandwich. This has happened each time I’ve ordered online, I know everyone’s raised their prices but to cut that low for jerseys is surprising being a customer for years. They always gave you a really goodhardy sub that you paid 21 for. If you go in person, you never get gypped like that unless it’s a hot sub so ordering inside with a cold sub it’s really the only way to go. The two gentlemen working were very nice. Very timely on order:) Everything else

Do your job! Second order in a row ordered through the App that this store has gotten incorrect. 1x okay, but now 2 in a row. READ THE ORDER. When the customize doesn’t include oil & vinegar DONT PUT IT ON. Now every time I pick up an order I will need to stop at a table, open the wrapper and inspect the sandwich. No one does their job anymore.
I went to get a steak n cheese says open till 9pm it was 8pm guy said grill is closed only can make cold sub so I said well thought u were open till 9 but ok make me a cold sub on white sun roll than he tells me out of white rolls and he was rude acted like he didn’t care or wanted to be thare I left went to jersy mikes on north lake it was 830 guy was great took care of me I told him what hsppened he said come to his place that will never happen here !!!

Poor management and pricing. Ordered bread with just cheese for my 9 year old and got charged $15. The manager said that's just our pricing.Could have gone to duffy's next door and got a full meal for my son for that.

Parents wanted subs. Mom got the # 13 Italian and Dad got number 66. Used a coupon at this location for buy two giant subs get one for $2.99.Service was awesome. Clerk/chef was very hospitable. Pricier than I thought because I USED THE WRONG COUPON. ????

There’s a worker there he’s a short white guy I asked an employee what his name was and they said Spencer . He was really disrespectful and had a really bad attitude and I saw how he was looking at the younger blonde girl that works there too and I got so creeped out . I love jersey mikes but not this location he’s the only reason why I don’t go to the store
