I go here occasionally and always had a great experience with the staff. Food was always prepared to the proper spec as expected and tested good. It's not 5 star food but a solid 4 star for a sub shop is great in my book. They have a better taste profile to me than their competitor named after subterranean electric trains so I prefer going here.

Food was great as usual. But I seriously regret my tip. Apparently the driver was in a hurry. My food was left at the front desk of my hotel and the clerk was told I was called and was on my way down. I was never called. I wasn't on my way down. I called the location and was told the clerk wouldn't let the driver up to my room and that they would let me know. Based on the clerk, I doubt they would have noticed or cared if a delivery was being made.

Glenn is tha man!! he delivered my sandwich to my job , even though the website had a glitch and didn't take my delivery fee off my debit card. He also delivered samples of sandwich's for my co-workers to try. Thank you glenn. He also had fire flamingo shorts thank you again <3

Good service but they were so fast they forgot to give me my mustard on the side.
I will never order food from this store anymore. I placed a order online the delivery driver call me to let me know he arrived but he never show up I try to call him back to give him directions because I was in a construction side he never answered the phone I was in the rain for 10 min trying to find him he send me a text message I went back to my shop its raining and i was in the rain for like 5 minutes. When I call to the store the person who answered the phone put the delivery driver on the phone he was very disrespectful and unprofessional. This store needs better delivery drivers more professionals who know how to give good customer service and A person who really want to work.

Been going here weekly for years. Since the sale from Derick to the new owner the food quality is the same, but the staff is clearly not as friendly. I recently went in for my weekly pickup and was just starred at from the employee at the register. I gave my name and was presented the order without one word exchanged. It's usually customary to greet and thank your customers. I'll be finding a new sandwich replacement facility.

I love how clean & welcoming this location is. The staff is always very friendly and just as advertised they are very fast. I feel like my sandwich is always ready before I even finish paying. Gotta love that. I always order the Italian sub with bbq chips. My recommendation would be to add spicy mustard and jimmy peppers onto the sandwich for delightful extra flavors.The parking out front is sparse but there is a garage if you circle around back. Best time to come I've found is 11am.
