The server misunderstood one of our orders. When we got the bill, we asked to be comp'd for a $16 salad on a $260 order. The management refused to do so. Both the server and the manager were rude to us.

Hostesses and host very accommodating. Our waiter and bus boys were excellent. Our food was very disappointing. My husband‘s lasagna was brought out lukewarm and I added two jumbo shrimp for nine dollars each that even one of the busboys, when I asked if these were jumbo shrimp, thought they made a mistake. I love pesto pasta, but I didn't finish this one.

Food excellent as usual. Staff mostly from another country. Staff, They don't understand you and you can't understand them!!! So very sad!!! During dinner your conversation is constantly interrupted by the staff!!! I guess they are doing the best they can to fill positions? Just not first class anymore!!!

We were first to arrive at 5PM opening ,unfriendly greeting and we were seated at the, entrance to the kitchen.. Our waiter was condescending bordering on being brusque when he was asked questions about the menu. To be fair the food was very good in fact the rack of lamb was the best that I have eaten in Florida .. My advice is to welcome first timers more cordially!

Overall a lovely dinner - everything tasted wonderful, the service was great. The negative was the reservation process.booked on OpenTable and after a few hours I needed to increase by 1; not able to change via open table so I contacted the restaurant directly. Manager was able to accommodate easily but because I called - they told me a deposit was required. No policy of this on their website, no deposit required via OpenTable. No explanation given but was charged $20 pp PLUS tax for a Monday night reservation within 24 hours They didn't process a hold but actually charged my cc. Refund will take 4-6 days to be returned. If they want to implement this policy then it should be stated and all reservation outlets should have same policy. Felt taken advantage of.

Unfortunately seated in back room so a loss of ambiance but fortunately less loud and a conversation was possible. Waiter Rudy was less formal than expected and less attentive with long pauses making it impossible to move our courses along and get additional items. Sautéed snapper was soggy. For the price I expect a better experience. It had been in the past.

I've dined here many times. My less than stellar review was based on the lasagne which I've had and enjoyed on previous visits. Two of us ordered it. My visiting friend received a fresh piece, taller than mine, and looked like my previous orders. Mine was somewhat flatter, looked and tasted like it been left under a heater too long with a bit of a burnt taste. Since our guests aren't familiar with the restaurant I decided to just eat it and be quiet. My wife and our guests really enjoyed their food. While clearing our plates, the helper dropped everything on the ground right behind us including the last of my wife's spaghetti pasta. A huge noise and quick commotion but no harm done to us or the next table, but oddly, no apology.
