I've had quite a few hit or miss experiences in Marriotts across the country but this one was easily one of the top 5! Amenities: - Gym is state of the art with Peloton machines and other cardio machines that connect to your Apple Watch and sync progress - Breakfast had great options, even vegetarian sausage! - M Club has an amazing coffee machine, drinks and snacks - 3 mile shuttle with a very friendly driver on weekends (I forgot her name) Room: - If you needed to plug in 20 devices, these are the rooms for you. These remodeled rooms have AC, USB-A, USB-C cable ports throughout for your charging convenience. Beds are comfortable, rooms are spacious and well appointed. The wood flooring makes the room seem very large All-in-all, I definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure!

I remember staying here several years ago and being rather dissapointed....This time it was a different experience. Hotel looks like its been nicely remodeled. Lovely facilities, including gym which had really good AC and some nice equipment. The room was also lovely, no complaints whatsoever. Platinum (and above) memebers get access to the club and breakfast at the restaraunt. I am assuming breakfast may be only offered on days that club is not providing services. Breakfast was fantastic, quite surprisingly so. No resort, no parking fees. Really an awesome place to stay.

The Hotel is average compared to Other Marriott Hotels. Food such as breakfast is not best quality and overpriced - $30 pp for no quality small buffet breakfast offerings is too high. Other than dining facilities at Hotel- a good place to stay a night or two.

I typically stay here a few time per year. It’s typically clean, and affordable. It’s right off the highway and has pretty good bar food in the restaurant. My most recent stays have been perfect. I wouldn’t take my wife here on anniversary but for a business or leisure traveler looking for a full service hotel, this more than meets the need.

This Marriott checked all of the Marriott boxes. Room was clean and well equipped. The lounge was nice, with a good breakfast buffet. Parking was plentiful. The only "even better if" is as a Titanium, I checked in on the app and noted a 12 noon arrival time. My room had been blocked and was not available when I arrived. I ended up having to go to my 3 PM meeting without being able to freshen up. Not a service fail (the check in time was 3 PM) but for elite members, why ask for an arrival time if it is not going to be honored? Otherwise a perfect stay!

Hats off to the training of your employees. Extremely helpful and welcoming front desk. Maid service was outstanding. Wait staff did a great job. David greeted me by name and was genuine in his inner actions. I would definitely stay here again. Beds were very nice and extremely close to everything.

The employees from housekeeping, security, restaurant staff, registration etc. are all very professional in the way they deal with guests. We have stayed here numerous times and will be returning in the future. A special shout out to Front Desk Agent David Aristil. This man is the epitome of customer relations. After one introduction he remembered our name every time we entered the hotel and greeted us cheerfully and respectfully.

Beautiful and Clean Hotel. Enjoyed the pool area. Captivating Lobby. Nice Staff. Mr. David at the front desk stood out. Greeting everyone with a smile. Very patient and helpful. He’s one Team Player.

We enjoyed 3 nights at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott while visiting a friend in Palm Beach Gardens. The hotel has been recently updated and has a nice, contemporary vibe without being too contemporary. The rooms are nicely appointed, and the pool area is beautifully landscaped. The hotel is in a corporate office park setting and there are nice sidewalks through the area for walking or running. We had some troublesome noise from our room's air conditioner when it ended its cooling cycle our first night but the hotel promptly fixed that when we reported it the next morning. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, especially David Aristil at the front desk - he's definitely meant for the hospitality industry! Hats off to you David!

So let me start with the hotel was fine, nice breakfast actually asked for coffee on off hours and was told go help yourself to the coffee room was clean except for windows parking was great -now to the bad part… there were two travel sports teams staying at the hotel the pool and lobby were overtaken by children running all over completely unsupervised by the drunken parents ~ I witnessed a drunk Mom berate a hotel employee for telling her children they could not use the hotel business computer at 11 pm as they had been on it all day and they unplugged the computer to prevent anymore usage. The out of control kids were running all over the floors and the stairs and the elevators there was literally no control. The security was no where to be found the drunk Mom actually had to be taken away from the FD by her husband the FD staff were lovely and explained that the room block said the contact said all children should be in there rooms by 10:30 but that was a joke. Next day same thing didn’t even get to the pool due to the insanity. Saw more security Saturday night but too little too late. I have witnessed this at another Marriott in MA x 2 but this was the worst. Before booking ask if the hotel has a block booking of travel teams ~ kids running wild and drunk parents not caring one bit !!! So sad that other paying customers had there experience ruined. PS there were multiple complaints by other guests as I witnessed at the FD.
