Tip: They don't have Any type of "tap to pay". The food here is great, and the prices are compared to Panera. Would've given it a 5 start but the staff (although very friendly) needs a bit of training.. I asked 3 different people for the wifi password and they all said "I have no clue, ask for the manager". Will come back though, really liked the food. UPDATE: Found the manager. No Wifi here

Consistency is key!! We keep coming back because the food is consistently good. I’m pretty hooked on the salmon Caesar and every time I get it, it’s on point. Great staff and always fresh food!

The hours at this location are ridiculous. We called today to see what the hours would be and she said they’re closing at 2:00 pm, “so don’t come after 1:45”. We love the food at Newk’s, but there is now at this place will stay in business with this customer service and paying the high rent in Legacy at PBG to be closed all the time.

Great menu selections. Something for everyone. Even gluten free pizza crusts. Shrimp poor boy and Ruben sandwich was delicious. Mac & five cheese was good to every last morsels. Quick service. The only downside was there were not umbrellas on every outside table.

Newks hours of operation are insane. Why do you not want revenue???? I’m going to write my hospitality term paper on this place. Closed on thursdays and weekends. But open Friday and Wednesday they’re open but you need to remember they close an hour earlier than the rest of the week.

My family and I stopped in yesterday for a quick lunch. The food was really great, as usual, but what really stuck out to us was the service! The lady who delivered the food to our table, named Bianca, was incredibly friendly. She checked on us several times, by bringing napkins, etc. My son’s order was slightly wrong. She took care of it right away and then offered him a piece of cake for the issue. For this being a restaurant where you order up front and they deliver food to your table, we received a wonderful dine-in lunch experience. Bianca offered customer service that rarely exists anymore. Our experience was a 10/10. Thanks, Newk’s!

This place is good. I use to go there almost once a week before covid. Ever since then they are only open Monday though Friday at times when I'm working. Wish they would go back to normal hours again.

We had the best experience at Newk’s today! The staff was super attentive to all our needs! They went out of their way to help us. The food was delicious, and was served promptly. The manager, Kristen was welcoming, gracious, and pitched in to help her staff wherever she was needed!
