They don't carry enough food anymore and quality of bread is horrible. They are losing business because of poor quality and service ?

Panera moved back toward using antibiotics in their meat. Panera decided ahead of their Initial Public Offering (IPO), projected for sometime in 2024, that they would remove phrases like “No Antibiotics Ever,” “Vegetarian Fed,” “Grass Fed Pasture Raised,” “Animal Welfare,” and any mention of “Hormones” from their stores and marketing by March 27 of this year.

For first couple of years when panera opened they used to make excellent bread. Now the bread is terrible. Menu is worse than in mcdonalds. Costs were obviously cut for shareholders to get a bigger cut.

Panera BREAD was out of ALL BREAD 2 1/2 hrs before closing. Mind boggling that a place named Panera Bread is out of bread when trying to order.

This was one of the poorer Panera Bread experiences I've had. To begin with, Panera Bread was out of bread, all kinds of bread. At 7pm, they close at 9pm. The chicken noodle soup was nothing but broth. I will have to say the servers get a very good job they offer to change out the soup for something different. But that does not change the fact that the quality of the food was poor.
