The past two times I have gone to this location there have been issues. The first time I called the pizza in and they gave me an estimated time and we got there and had to wait an extra hour for the pizzas, they were busy so we weren’t too upset over that and were willing to give them another chance. Today we ordered two pizzas from them. When we got there, there were no customers in the store and they didn’t look overly busy 2:20pm it was after lunch prime time. We went to pay and the guy at the front counter looks at the box and says sorry I forgot to make one of the pizzas… how do you forget to make a pizza on an order of 2 pizzas? Even worse we had to wait an extra 20 minutes and no discount or other compensation was offered. One of the pizzas had been ready and sitting on top of the oven and it wasn’t as fresh and the newly made one. Ever since they closed their clematis location the new location in palm beach gardens just isn’t any where near the quality of the former location. I hope they get to see this review and make any necessary changes. They only get 2 stars due to the food being good. The service needss to be better. Today may have marked the last time I ever eat here.

First time and it won't be our last! Pizza was the best we have had in a while as their sauce and crust was delicious. We also had a couple of subs (meatball & Philly Cheese) and a sausage & peppers roll and everything was thoroughly enjoyed! Cute place and friendly staff made for a very pleasurable evening! Thank you Pizza Girls!

They got my order right and were quick with delivery. Pizza is just ok. Definitely not NY style and the sauce is very sweet. Garlic rolls were doughy and had no flavor.

Place was dead food was super slow. My meal for 4 people was $90. Huge rip off. I got a steak and cheese and I think they forgot the meat. Worse sandwich I’ve ever had. I’m so mad it’s was $90 for food that sucks Nwxt time I’ll go to outback next store door and actually get a little bit of meat

Very nice people. Glad I do not have to go all the way to downtown West Palm anymore for their food. I like the pizza crust as it is different from the other places, almost a bit flaky. The owners now recognize me and they are quite nice.

Stuck down in Florida for seveal weeks dealing with relatives in the hospital, this became our go to place for decent food, I think we ate there at least 4 times maybe more. Our waitress Elle was awesome and there all the time. Food was great and service terrific. My only comment is to the gumpy people complianing about wait times for their pizza when its clearly posted they need help and because its an open kitchen you can clearly see the kitchen staff busting their butts. Have a little empathy to a local business trying their best in the midst of food price increases and short staffing.
We used to order from Pizza Girls weekly! Tonight I ordered with a promised pick up time between 7:05-7:15. At 7:35 I was still waiting only to see the worker take out our pepperoni roll from the oven and accidentally drop it on the floor. (It happens!) Rather than wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it, I asked to cancel the item and the employee could not figure out how to refund me. So now I have waited 20 minutes extra for food, didn't receive all of my order, and had to deal with DoorDash to request a refund myself (which took WAY longer than expected because the restaurant never marked my order as picked up, and the app showed it still in process until I sent a photo of the pizza box in my car). There was no offer of any other help or apology for the long wait or missing food. As I was walking out the door someone said 'take some garlic rolls.' (I did not). Decent pizza, terrible customer service.

Ordered a pepperoni and portobello mushroom sicilian pizza with extra sauce and cheese it was the bomb!! So delicious.. definitely will be ordering again ☺️

I’d really say 4.5 - our server, Elli, was AMAZING, the food was amazing - we had the little Italy pizza and loved it. One small complaint that prevented my 5- not enough meat on the pizza. Was sausage and meatball and had very little on each piece. The ricotta was great, we added pesto- amazing- so we just know to ask for extra meat next time. There will definitely be a next time.

I do not eat green flowers of any sort. For years I always have a taste for a great pizza. I’ve never liked pizza girls does an amazing cauliflower pizza worth the trip. Highly recommend it.
