Ordered delivery from this location. The online app said the food was delivered and I had received nothing. 20 minutes later the food arrived cold and nasty. The pizza was basically thick bread with barely any toppings so it was dry and tasteless. Pizza hut is in big trouble if this is what they're putting out.

I gave it 3 stars for Heather she went above and beyond. They had messed up our order, and she had to correct it, and we were there very long. She was so apologetic to customers for the delays and errors I felt so bad for her. She definitely is a great asset to them because if not, this place would have gotten less than 1 star if it was possible. We were told by the manager when we arrived that it was slow and our orders would be done in 20 mins we put our order in at 8:05pm and we got it at 8:50 pm.
If the person serving is bad, they should train their employees on the service. If they don't have someone, I can gladly give them some training on customer service, and hire people who have a very good attitude.

Terrible customer service, I arrived at the store tonight around 12:10AM and no one helped me until 20 minutes later, when the girl who was on duty came out and tried to place my order, she with a bad attitude just told me no I couldn't place my order because there were other pending orders and the store also closed at 1:00AM, then he also lied to me saying that Pizza Hut's billing system didn't work, I only asked him to try it once (because that he was lying to me to avoid working) and he just ignored me for not wanting to help me.I understand as a employee she felt tired, but I went to the store 50min before it closes, that it supposed to be at 1:00AM

I didn't even get a chance to order my food. the man who answered the phone was talking so fast. then hung up on me because I told him he needs to slow down cause I don't need him missing up my order. just ask simple I will never order from there. No I don't need a damn response. YALL JUST RUDE N DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!
