Came here after seeing the reviews weren’t too hot recently. This spot is my go to for a fun night out and food that never disappoints. Not crazy expensive and always hits the spot.

The place felt lonely and empty also the service was rude and we got the hibachi teriyaki once my wife was taking bites from it she pull a big long hair, we pointed it out to the waiter and he’s solution was to remove the fried rice from the

Always a great experience ! We celebrated my husbands birthday every year at this place, I have 11 invites last February 4th and as well our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner with 8 people 2 years ago. Food and service are satisfactory. Highly recommended!

Food felt oily and gross, compeltly overpriced. Waitress came over at the end and just took our card to pay didn't show us the bill til after. THERE WAS TIP INCLUDED????? FOR A TABLE WITH 2 people and then the screen still asked us if we wanted more tip which we did because we didn't even realize that there was tip included because she didn't show us the bill (yes we should've asked before) but seriously horrible!!! Place doesn't belong in the location. Horrible.

Service is poor. Management is terrible as well do not waste your time at saitos in Palm Beach Gardens. I've been to all and PBG is the worse. Boynton Beach Florida location Service is better and do not never charge us 18% for a tip. That's for only a party of 4 or more together not separate party of 2 on different checks.

I arrived on a Tuesday night at 5pm. (Party of 3) Was seated in front of the chef w/ 5 other guests. We all ordered iced tea and was told they were out. After placing our order we received a salad with iceberg and a little carrots and ginger dressing it was very bland. Next we received miso soup with 1 slice of mushroom and 2 pieces of green onion, the rest was salty broth.Next fried rice with mostly egg and a very small amount of veg w/ lots of butter. We all had steak of some kind. The steaks were EXTREMELY tough.Bill was $98. Will never come back.

We walked in and I guess they were out of sushi ( what? ) but we didn't know this when we ordered. When we ordered sushi, the waitress said with an attitude. ' We don't have sushi, didn't you ready the big sign when you walked in ?" We left our drinks on the table and walked out, never to return. We still talk about it today how rude the waitress was.

$470 later and rat poop on a plate. I gave it back to waiter and not even an apology. Bucket in entrance for water leak. NO SUSHI sign on door. Sushi chef quit! Walls with dripping grease all over and Hibachi Table extractors literally had grease dripping off hood, over our plates. Hoods need to be steam cleaned professionally in these places. My Gosh, what a dump and disgusting! Our family loved this place and go every year for my kids birthday, but NEVER AGAIN!! GROSS

Our cook was very nice and we loved watching him cook, our waitress was very nice .however , our fried rice was over cooked and crunchy hard.! I noticed he put the rice on the grill first thing, so it sat on the hot grill for too long. My filet was undercooked (rare) chewy. Not tender like steak filet should be. I could not eat it.The shrimp was good. we come here because of the fried rice, they need to fix their cooking process for their rice and get better quality meat.

Sad to say, Saito’s is done for. I usually order food from there for lunch and or for dinner and the food is usually amazing! Zero complaints at any time but today was a whole different story. They must’ve lost the cook because the food was terrible. My salmon was just drenched in oil with no salt and pepper or seasoning. My rice literally had zero taste. I could not believe I was eating Saito’s. When I called to let them know that my salad was brown and only had the white part of the lettuce and no green along with zero carrots, the guy on the phone proceeded to argue with me. Sad to say my days of going to Saito’s are over. BOO tomatoes tomatoes tomatoes.

Interior looks very tired. Our server was very animated in a weird way. We were somewhat scolded by her for asking questions. Cook was good, quality of the ingredients were poor. They had no music, place felt like a funeral home.
