They are always very nice. I like the service and kindness of the staff, they are very friendly and helpful because once my meal was taken by someone else from the pickup before i arrived so they of course immediately remade my meal but then also remembered me and would store my meals afterwards inside their work area so it wouldn’t happen again. I think that is very thoughtful of them and I really appreciate it. They are all the best there at the palm beach gardens location, I recommend this place to friends at work and some came with me later. I also like that the meat is hormone free healthier option and such; that is very important to me and why I feel safe eating there often. Tastes so good I recommend it to anyone. I use the app and go during lunch break and my meal is always done on time by the time i get there.

The service always sucks it's always so fucking slow it's unreal it's almost like the workers just sit there doing nothing as a joke . The food is okay my nuggets are always so greasy you could fill a water bottle with all of it .

Yes, there is a Shake Shack in the Gardens Mall Food Court. There should not be any other burger competition residing in this food court. I would suggest relocating. Yes, Shake Shack does not have a clown as their mascot and yes, their burger is truly not made up of 50% onion or corn. Instead Shake Shack has a hormone & antibiotic free burger on a non-GMO potato role that tastes great. Their fries and hot dogs are also particularly good. Plenty of tables in the Food Court to enjoy your downtime for lunch or dinner, and the service is usually good. I am a burger junkie and as I once stated before, if you have the "crave", Shake Shack is the place to go. They have it all together.
So this location is not a standalone Shake Shack, it is located within The Gardens Mall food court (Palm Beach Gardens). This location to be fair is also newer. I attempted to place a mobile order using the Shake Shack app which didn't let me login, so I went to the website and logged in. So we arrive with intentions of eating the food in the food court which we did. I go and grab the order and am greeted by the manager who was quite friendly but also was checking to make sure I wasn't some random person taking mobile orders. First thing I notice is black and white shake is a vanilla shake, so I tell the manager who I see taking the shake back towards the fry station and towards the kitchen, she said something about it being a strawberry shake and them swapping the shakes. Once the shake correct shake was brought to me she said the shakes look alike and apologized. However I then notice my iced tea isn't there either so they go and get me An iced tea. In total I had to make 4 different trips to the counter for a very simple order. The food was well okay, burgers were just average (but made exactly as requested)I find the only Shake-shack that is worth a repeat visit from someone who enjoys burgers a lot is the Fort Lauderdale restaurant. I know it seems crazy but they taste better there. The Fries however were great as usual. Normally I would not have taken the time to write a note so glowing review on a mobile order but there was a lot of really simple mistakes here, lots of misses that could have been hits. Also this was not a time that the restaurant was slammed the order was placed at 4:33pm which is after that lunch rush and before dinner. Didn't take any pictures but here is my order.

Been to this location a few times. Always fast and reliable service. Food quality good. Side note; tried their chicken sandwich for the first time, it was excellent! Now my favorite chicken sandwich place.
