This Starbucks is located in the Mall in Palm Beach Florida. The store is newer looking and extremely clean with plenty of indoor seating. The staff is pleasant and helpful especially the Manager who loves to sing to the radio station. This is your typical Starbucks menu as all the others. Great place to take a break.

I ordered an oat milk strawberry creme and saw the barista make it with whole milk. When I asked him if he made it with oat milk he said he made with whatever it was on the sticker. I didn't want to cause a scene since it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, but the stuff should be more aware of what they are making due to food allergies/sensitivities. I ended up not drinking it. ?Dietary restrictions: Be aware of stuff not paying attention when you request changes to your drink.

Food and service was fine as always for Starbucks. The environment in this store made me very uncomfortable. The store manager, Gary (from what I could read on his apron), was barking orders disrespectfully to his team members the entire 30 minutes I was inside. Almost every employee I could see seemed to be younger in their 20s, and Gary (middle aged man) was just extremely rude to them all. The way he spoke to them would make me never want to work at this store again, and has made me never want to come to this location again.

This Starbucks was absolutely slammed with customers on Dec 26th. My service was still excellent! The baristas were smiling and even pointed out how I could save money on my purchase. Thank you for smiling even when it was crazy busy! The best!

Haron did an excellent job in directing me in a treat when asking him what his favorite was! Great upselling! My drink did talk longer then 10 minutes to make and I was on a tight schedule with apple downstairs. After standing at the front counter the entire time I asked what was happening with my order. She had moved my ticket under the grean tea sign and forgot it. I understand things happen, but the fact that I was standing there and not one person asked if I needed assistance.

Best Starbucks in every way better than any other. They pay attention to details and if you ask for soy to be added you only get soy and for individuals like myself I have a huge allergy to dairy. Twice at another location the employee made the coffee with milk totally disregarding what I asked for and paid for. This location truly and most genuinely cares about what they’re doing. Highly recommend this location above literally all others.
I went to this store a couple days ago and while I was waiting for my drink, I noticed two short staff with the same hair with highlights fooling and messing with one another and I do not believe this is appropriate, I hope relationships between their staff do not ruin this store’s flow of business, but management should keep an eye on their staff especially with such younger people working. Other than that it was a pretty normal experience, I did want to let management know.
