I go to this Starbucks often, and this morning was very busy but Josh still remembered us by name. It’s hard to even notice that they were understaffed because he was being so efficient and friendly. “This Starbucks is located in the Mall in Palm Beach Florida. The store is newer looking and extremely clean with plenty of indoor seating. The staff is pleasant and helpful especially the Manager who loves to sing to the radio station. This is your typical Starbucks menu as all the others. Great place to take a break.“
“Best Starbucks in Palm Beach - the only one that doesn’t take 1000 years for your drink only for it to be missing half the ingredients you ordered! They always get it right & I always see the staff being friendly, working hard & keeping the place clean.“
“Had the most amazing experience today! Makayla and Paul really went above and beyond. I ordered something that I thought had foam on it and it didn’t! I mentioned that I thought it did and they fixed it, I even offered to pay and they wouldn’t let me! They did it as a courtesy. They were both soooooo personable, telling me to have a great day, super knowledgeable about everything and suggestive! Truly the best customer service experience and they made amazing drinks! “This Starbucks in located in a shopping center off PGA Blvd Palm Beach, Florida. It is a bit small, but a local convenient location. There is no drive thru only the store. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The store was clean and has some seating but most seating is outside the store.“
