I walked in to use the restroom because I had to go really bad. Before I walked in to the establishment with a few dollars to buy a drink to be courteous. I was walking to the bathroom and the women behind the counter said are you buying something? I said yes I will buy a drink. She says I'm sorry restrooms are for customers only. I responed technically I would be a customer if I purchased a drink. At least she was kind enough to say sorry

Horrible Customer service! From the sounds of the other reviews this place seems to thrive on being rude to customers. My girl was more focused on gossiping about co-workers with this woman who wears her glasses infront of her mouth like a mask so it's hard to hear what she says. Very strange. Nasty sandwich maker refused to give me a water cup with a flat No, not even for ice. Please send these girls home instead of ruining your shop and get some decent workers who respect customers. We pay their paycheck!

Worst experience ever. The manager did not want to help me. She shrugged her shoulders to her employee who was trying to help me and dismiss me when I had a question about the SUBWAY® app she seem to be showing signs of systemic racism because she was nice to everyone else that came in not of color. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. SHE MADE ME FEEL SO BAD. I WENT TO THE SUBWAY IN THE PALM BEACH OUTLET AND GOT A MUCH BETTER EXPERIENCE. THE LADY IS SHORT WITH GLASSES, CURLY HAIR AND HAS A VERY HEAVY MOTHER TONG FROM HER COUNTRY. SHE IS QUITE OLD AND I KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT TEACH OLD STUBBORN PEOPLE HOW TO BE HUMAN IN 2023 AND NOT JUDGE, BUT MAY GOD KEEP HER ANYWAY BECAUSE SHE NEEDS IT.

We were jaw dropped when the sandwich maker refused to give us a small cup for water. I have NEVER been in another Subway let alone any other counter service establishment that would deny a person a small cup of water. We were on our way to a kids birthday party where there would be no food for adults so I only ordered a sandwich for myself as my daughter would be eating at the party. I got a full meal including a drink and simply wanted a small cup for water so I could share my chips with her till we reached the party. We will NEVER set foot in this Subway again. There are plenty of other locations in our area we are happy to patronize who will give you a small cup for water if requested. Would they deny a homeless person a small cup of water too if they stopped in needing a drink on a hot day?

I'm not sure which ruined it more for me, the disgustingly hard flatbread I was served here today or the fact that the person serving it still sold it to me, possibly feeling how hard it was on one side entirely.

I'm not even sure if anyone reads reviews for Subway because most people know what to expect when they go to Subway. But this location....first of all it's clean so I appreciate that because so many Subways in the area are not clean. The employees that work in the evening have always been nice. But two of the ladies that work at lunch time are so rude. One of the ladies seems miserable like she'd rather be anywhere else and like making your sub is torture. I have even made my order super simple so as not to bother these people. How messed up is that? But the older short lady is honestly so rude and nasty I can't believe she still has a job. Unless she's the owner. I've gone in several times at lunch because it's so close to work and fast but she's awful. And I've watched her be rude to several customers for no reason. All that to say if you want Subway I'd go to a different one. These ladies have made lunch time stressful.

Horrible experience! I have a two year old & asked for a water cup I also asked for a cup that I paid for and I filled up my cup. I poured a little into my two year olds water cup and had his own water so I used that because I don’t let him drink soda. The lady with the glasses threatens to hit me if I did that again! She came at me infront of their customers and she even pushed her employee out of the way! All for something I payed with for a two year old! She then called the police on me and my two year old! Sadly she is the owner! I support small businesses but this lady does not deserve the support from people the threatens to hit and comes at aggressively! As soon as she saw my camera she acted like I was the one in the wrong! And called the cops.

Where's the beef? I ordered a foot long roast beef sandwich last night for dinner. No coupons were accepted because this store "was not participating " so I paid around $11.00. We had to open all subs in the order to find our own because they didn't bother to label them.(no big deal) It was fresh and delicious, but I swear there was only 3 thinly sliced pieces of meat on the sandwich! Not a great value for my hard earned cash!

Terrible. I use to go there all the time. I won't go there again. I had a coupon the rude lady there laughed about the coupon. If you don't participate in national advertising then switch franchise. No wonder Noone was in that store. Your help there was terrible. Good luck
