THE WORST LOCATION EVER!!! The portion size was so off that it was embarrassing that the people making the meal sent this crap out! Stoped in on my ride down to Miami Ordered : Grilled STEAK burrito box -The grilled steak burrito had beef in it?!! I was so annoyed that they got the one item I wanted from the box wrong and BURNT!! -The chicken taco was all bread with 3 pieces of chicken -.- -The Chulupa was the same just empty. -.- burrito supreme meal : -The burrito was the size of a taco -.- -Doritos loco taco supreme was all shell -.- -cheese quesadilla BURNT and empty -nachos and cheese They gave me a good amount of nachos But the cheese container was 1/2 filed -.- I called 2x to speak with a manager to tell them But no one answered it just rang till it hit that annoying fax noise...if it wasn't that I was already on 95 and in a time crunch I would've given all this crap food back and gotten my money back! My dogs ate most of it since it was mostly just bread The girl at the window was so bland and just looked miserable... she was a teenager and man does no one train them? Give a smile and have some enthusiasm... Taco Bell was my first job when I was 15 so this is just a complete fail and embarrassing all around. I'm sure the regional manager would not be happy about this meal! Soooooo disappointed and a waste of money.

This location is horrible! Usually people complain about the food. If I could get mine I would be thrilled! This is the 2nd time I have walked out and forfeited my money after waiting 30 minutes after ordering on there order machine. (No live people taking orders!). They just keep saying “it’s coming”! WARNING: STAY AWAY!!!

This is the 2nd time I have walked out of this location and forfeited my money after waiting 30 minutes and no food. I asked several times what was going on since there was only 3 people ahead of me and was told "it's coming". WARNING...STAY AWAY!!!!

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. For the second time in a row I was given a completely different order. It's odd that what I ordered is more expensive than what I received. First it was an online order we waited an hour to get and it was wrong the second time we went to the drive thru and again nothing in the bag is what we ordered. This is the last time I will ever go to this location. Warning to everyone don't go to this location. Ten out ten times they will mess up your order.

Lady taking my order charged me for two meals when I wanted only one meal and the burrito. She wanted to keep arguing, stating it was a meal. In which case no, you can just get the food and not as a meal. Also was missing compnents of what I ordered. Will not be going to this one again.

Their food is one of the best out of most Taco Bell's that I've been to. Their employees are some of the best and most efficient that I've seen at any fast food restaurant, even when it's nearly 4am. Julius provided an exceptional experience!

THE RICE IS ALWAYS VERY HARD!!! (Chicken Bowl Cantina). As if it had been reheating uncovered forever. The same thing has happened to me for the third time and when you go to complain, the employees act oblivious and don't even look at you, they just say “Oh!” and they don't give you your money back, nor do they prepare a new dish... I imagine because all the rice is just as bad. This was my usual Taco Bell until today because it gets worse and worse every day.

I’m so disappointed on 3/19/24 I got some food from this Taco Bell and my Dorito taco shells were very stale ☹️ and usually everything is always good but not on this night …
They keep forgetting to make my order, last week I made arrangements to pick up food during my lunch break at 1145 ordered food at 1130 got there at 12, they didn't start actually making the food till my break was well past over. This time I'm sitting inside waiting as they make other customers stiff first. And get asked did you order?

This is the loveliest crew of women. I remember i was pregnant they gave me extra water, and now i bring my toddler in and they pay special attention to her : ) they are the sweetest. I love this location.
