It is a locals spot, the same people are here every time I’ve been here, which is amazing. It is very comfortable and everyone is like family here.

I recently visited Tenaga Kava, a spot I've passed by countless times. Despite usually making my own kava at home, I decided to give it a try. The staff, especially Dave, was cool and hospitable. The owner was also friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Although not overboard, I appreciated some of their wall decorations, which added to the charm. And, of course, their kava selection, particularly the Vanuatu and Fijian options, impressed me. What stood out was their approach – they didn't press for a specific head or body feel when discussing their kava types, aligning well with the traditional essence of kava. As an ethnobotanist and kava researcher, I was pleasantly surprised. The Lomi Supreme reminded me of fresh Vanuatu kava. While the lighting could be slightly darker as daylight fades, and there were a few too many bula calls, these were minor issues. I'll definitely be stopping by again.

Absolutely love this kava bar! The ambiance is so inviting, with cozy seating and a relaxing vibe. The kava and kratom is top-notch, perfectly prepared and incredibly soothing. Don't go to this place unless you want the tea they offer which is made in a dirty mop sink in the back room with the dirty mop and mop water and cleaning supplies right next to it. Oh yeah and the tea is just Kratom leaf dumped into dirty mop sink hose water shaken up with shit loads of sugar and lemon. Vosamana kava is much better! Check them out ! I'll continue to give them my business.

It could've been a dead kavasutra with the lights on. Island root, island vibes, chill room, coastal, Oahu, and hideout are all better in terms of product, selection, and atmosphere.Product was OK but it was dead on a Friday night at like 8 or 9 oclock. The only people there were 4 guys outside that wouldn't surprise me if they slept in their cars.I ordered my kava to drink it there and neither of the employees shelled with me. I'm the only person inside, and you can't shell... and they were consuming product so the fact they didn't shell was crazy.Kava was decent, didn't try their Kratom. Drink selection was basic for kava bar. Atmosphere was boring and lifeless. Service speed was mediocre.Parking: It is in a fairly big Publix plaza.
Visited Tenaga many times and it is ALWAYS a fun, pleasant, attentive experience because of the kavatenders. Any day or any time of day is a great time to go. Kava is strong or light depending on your preference along with many specialty drinks. Family owned and operated makes for a personal touch and perfect experience for the first-timer or old veteran kava drinkers. Bula!

Tenaga is such a special place with such amazing owners, staff and customers! Their products are the best in the area and their customer service matches their top notch products! My husband and I moved to West Palm but we visit every chance we get. If you are new to the scene definitely go check them out they are so knowledgeable and eager to educate new customers! I've been coming to Tenaga for over a year now! What drew me back to this bar initially were the friendly, outgoing bartenders, the natural lighting, outdoor seating, and overall good energy and atmosphere! The prices are fair for the quality and quantity of the products. It's unlike any other kava bar I've been to. If your looking for a clean, safe, welcoming environment, Tenaga is the place to be!

Was trying so hard to find a cup of coffee late at night, not many places were open, decided to stop by this place. Left with 3 freshly brewed coffees. The place has a very relaxed environment. Recommended for anyone who wants to unwind with a good cup of coffee.
