The Copper is my favorite place to go on weekends! But also David, Fatima and Travis are the icing on the cake! They recognized me as soon my friends and I walked in with their warm welcome and smile! Food is great- energy is one point! You won’t be disappointed! I’ll be back this Easter weekend!

Called and verified an old gift card (under previous management) and (under new management) restaurant staff verfied the balance. Dined and they would not accept the card. Shared with them that this did not make sense as their staff verified the balance. Was told the person checked the balance on the previous company's website, "and you could too". Why would they check the balance on another company's website and lead you to believe they were checking their system? Would they verify any restaurant's gift card for anyone who calls?I would not call The Cooper to verify a Ruth's Chris gift card.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and our server was awful. Very slow and inattentive. I thought about asking for the manager and suggesting better training apparently our server said she’s been there since November! The group of 4 next to us was already complaining so we chose not to pile on. Nice atmosphere the food was good but not amazing. We were going to order an appetizer but it took so long for her to come we decided against it. They used to have Mexican street corn that was out of this WORLD…. But they don’t have it anymore ?

What a lovely restaurant for lunch or dinner. The menu is robust with flair and flavor. My favorites include the octopus, the dynamite shrimp, meatballs and the cauliflower is yuuuummmmy ?. An awesome mine selection, a wonderful ambience inside and outside for fresco dining. And the staff from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave provide top-notch service. Highest recommendation.

Our server Gabby is so sweet and attentive. The food is great and she helped us figure out what goes best with our food restrictions.

First visit since the change of ownership. The service and food were excellent as usual. The request to make this a special visit for my wife’s birthday was perfect! One noticeable service change was the servers all offering to sell bottles of water which were previously complimentary. The other part of the visit that was extremely annoying was the constant ringing of some sort of chime (sounded like a casino slot machine) going off during our entire visit. We sat in view of the kitchen which may have been why we heard it however, being in the business for 55 years, there are ways to silence those annoying sounds and not make people feel like they’re sitting in the cheap seats.

Went with another couple last night. Very crowded and lively. Sat outside and the noise level was unbearable. Couldn't hear each other at our table. Service was leisurely but friendly. Disappointed in my main dish, pasta and seafood. The seafood was overcooked and the pasta sauce tasted like it was jarred. Very commercial tasting. Dessert was a hit as we had the ice cream sundae. All in all I don't think we'll be returning

Kylie was our server tonight and she was 5 stars worthy. She checked in periodically and we never felt like we were waiting for her. Her energy was so contagiously positive and she was truly fun to be around and a reason to come back. If anyone comes often request Kylie! Amazing experience and food was excellent. Had the chicken paillard salad. The manager also came over to ask about our experience and we sincerely appreciated that as well.

Although I live in West Palm, I had an appointment right off PGA and the turnpike. As it was a beautiful day, I decided to take myself to lunch afterwards and sit outside. I drove past La Masseria and Rocco's Tacos and decided on The Cooper. Very nice outdoor seating in the shade. My server was quite nice, but she sort of abandoned me after my order. I'm not going to call her out as I liked her, despite not being able to get her back for some period of time. In the meantime I ordered water from another server and drink number two from the outside bartender. Then I asked my server for ice for the water (it came in a small glass with NO ice!), and she said ok, but never brought it. In the beginning my server recommended the cucumber cocktail (I had asked her opinion) and I ordered it. Good, but too sweet, so I ordered a classic margarita when I went directly to the bartender. The Caesar salad was very good, and best of all it came with two white anchovies. Far too many restaurants refuse to include anchovies these days. It has house-made croutons and a lovely big Parmesan crisp on top. I also asked for an opinion on a side of fries vs side of mac and cheese, vs sweet potato fries, and she said regular fries. Good call! Good fries! Great atmosphere on the patio, and nice employees, if a bit distracted.

What an amazing place... Food was excellent, service outstanding. My wife has a skirt stake and it was perfectly made. I had the chicken and it was amazing! Perfect taste! We do not live near but we will come back for sure! Thanks to David for making this such a wonderful experience. I wish all the best!
