My husband and I came here for lunch today. I was excited to finally try the feta fries because I’ve seen the students where I work order them and they looked delicious. I ordered them as a combo with my gyro and my husband ordered them with his steak plate. His salad came out first which was great. However, when our food came out he had regular fries and mine came with nothing. I know the women at the counter had heard me, and made mine a combo because she gave me my drink. My husband also had his conversation with her about switching his regular fries for feta. She did seem distracted talking to other patrons and like she may have been having an off day, but when my husband went up to ask them for our feta fries the staff seemed almost irritated and not very helpful. They did say he could keep his fries and they would bring another out, and he let them know I didn’t get any either. They did bring one small overdone order out in a tiny container and that was it. We tried to eat them since we paid more than enough for this meal but they were not good. His pita was also super stale and dry. We were bummed to say the least. Underwhelming and disappointing experience.

went here with my friends and the food was terrific. we got a variety of options including the gyro, skewers, and fries. everything was hot coming out and delicious. This is my groups favorite place to eat :)

Unfortunate to have to write 1 star for everything. My experience was overshadowed with a cashier stealing money. I went in for lunch, dined in, and the cashier took my card and cashed me out. (I never saw a screen to verify total- the cashier just told me what it was). Later that day I was looking at my receipt and noticed the cashier gave herself a tip without my knowledge. I reached out to corporate for resolution. A week after this, a colleague was dining in and had the same thing happen to him- when verifying his expenses for work, he realized the cashier left herself a tip without his knowledge. When I finally spoke with someone in the store, they said that they are suppose to turn the screen for purchase and signature- so it is evident said cashier was not doing so. After speaking with several people, I did receive a refund for the tip amount- but the store did not seem at all phased or apologetic. All I would say is if this is your last resort for food and you're on the verge of starving hunger, eat here- but verify your cost before leaving.

Heard such great things about this restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint! The ambiance was perfect for an afternoon lunch. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Souvlaki platter which was well portioned and the grilled chicken was so flavorful and juicy. Won't miss this place on my next visit to West Palm!!

The Great Greek is my favorite restaurant! I’ve been to this location twice and both times I’ve been very disappointed. Both times I ordered my tenderloin medium rare and both times, the meat was cooked like a hockey puck! Tough and very well done. Both times, the potatoes were dry. Even though this time, I specifically asked for butter and seasoning on them because last time they were dry. The girl assured me she would tell them, yet when she brought them, they were exactly like last time. When I went to the register to tell her, she said they’re only allowed to put this much seasoning on them. ? When I told her they’re not like that in West Palm Beach or port st Lucie, and from now on I’ll just drive the extra 10-15 minutes and go there, she got me the seasoning. When I went back to have her see our med rare meat, she apologized and asked if we would like dessert. ? No, I’d like my $20 slouvacki to be cooked the way I ordered it but I didn’t say that. I just said this doesn’t happen at West Palm Beach either. Eventually she came over to our table and gave us a slip for 2 more dinners. That was nice, but apparently this location doesn’t do things the way the others do. I’ll try it once more since I have the free dinners, but my guess is, it will be the same as the last two visits. I didn’t mention it, but this is the first time I got pink tomatoes in my salad. The reason I don’t mind paying $20 for my slouvaki is because of the quality of the food but I’m not seeing it at this location.
