I wanted to leave a positive review for this place because when it's good, it's good. But time and time again you will go home with food that is completely burned and inedible. They have no quality control in the kitchen. Who the heck looks at a black burned bagel and says, "yeah this is good enough to serve to a customer" . I just spent $16 on two bagel sandwiches and they are completely inedible. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened here, and I will never go back. Go to Bagel Boyz instead for a bagel, at least they take pride in their product and have some level of standards. The people working the kitchen and the management should be ashamed of themselves. This is an easily fixable problem with competent management but they do NOTHING to address the problem. WAKE UP brooklyn water bagel and look at what you are selling to people.

We ordered delivery and both my husband and myself had the williamsburg. Having lived in New York for a few years we both tend to be picky with the subject of bagels. These did not disappoint. If you want to have decent bagels this is the place for you.

When I went to use the bagel day promotion of buy one sandwich, receive one free, the counter woman told me that the manager would NOT honor the promo. It was very poor customer relations and aggregated many who were standing in

This was not a great experience this morning. I went in for a dozen bagels I asked for them to be cut and I also asked if they would toast one of them. After placing the order they said they could not toast. I would have to buy another bagel and have it toasted. I asked why and they said it was the government. I can not understand that. So I told him to forget it and one of the workers started saying I was screaming at them and she was making a big scene. The next thing I knew the manager was there I told him what I wanted and he said could not do that. I said just give me the bagels, as he handed my baker's dozen I asked if they were cut and he said no, they could not do that either. I said I didn't think I would be coming back and he said great we don't want you here! This was the worst service in my life.

really sucks that this place has gone downhill. 3 of the last 5 times now i have gotten home with my to go order and its been wrong. i usually don't have to check because i typically come here about 4-5 times a week and it always is right... but they seem to be down to about 1 or 2 employees that even care anymore - the rest just give you attitude about getting your order wrong... spent probably close to $3000 on breakfast this year total at this place and it sucks now i wont be going back ever again. even for someone who lives in pga national i would rather drive somewhere else

Stood at the register for 10 minutes. Had at least 5 employees walk by and ignore me. Walked out because I couldn't get service. The place wasn't even that busy either. There was no one else in line.

Absolutely fabulous bagels. I always stop when I'm in the area. Easy in and out or sit and enjoy a bagel or breakfast. My only disappointment was the coffee. It's delicious but slightly above luke warm was a bit disappointing. The staff is usually pretty nice, and I should have asked to have it warmed up, but that's on me. I was halfway across the parking lot before I noticed. If you like Hot Coffee, check it before you leave. Otherwise enjoy a great bagel.

I previously had this establishment rated as 4 stars. Until today i probably stopped off there once a week. The bagels are good, but good food cannot compete with time. On 11/11/23 I waited 26 minutes before I left without my food. I ordered at 7:30. There was only one other couple in the store already eating. I ordered coffee and a Jersey Boy bagel. I got my coffee and waited. I got a refill and still waited. I waited patuently until 7:56 am when I left without getting my order. There were 3-5 other orders behind me that were also still waiting when I left. Right before I left one gentlemen who ordered about 20 minutes after me complained and was told there was a large online order. Good to know that our orders were not misplaced but that was not what I wanted to hear. He stated he came in for a quick bite to go as he had to be somewhere. He wanted his money back. $7 is not much to me and my time is my most valuable commodity. I too cannot sit around 25+ minutes for a $7 breakfast sandwich. He asked for his money back. I simply left. It is unfortunate but I will not be going back. Good bagels if you dont need to order something to be made.

For the records I'm a New Jersey transplant and have a high standard for bagels. I have been living here for 6 years look for a good bagel For south florida Brooklyn Bagels are pretty good. However the other day I order the Jersey. Pork Roll (not Taylor Ham) egg and cheese. This had to be the worst sandwich I ever had anywhere. The tissue paper thin slice of pork roll was more like Canadian bacon. The cheese was just on the bagel in hopes that the egg would melt it. Well that never happened. Just horrible. I may still buy bagels there but will think twice about ordering any sandwich.

i would say this is more of a 3.5/5. it wasnt a great experience but wasnt horrible either. super long lines weekend mornings so try to come early if you can. workers arent the nicest but at least the food comes out fast. the bagels are better than the average bagel place but nowhere near as good as NY bagels. we got a salt bagel with plain cream cheese, plain bagel with scallion cream cheese, & a chocolate chip muffin. the muffin was both of our favorite item we tried.

Long time patron at PGA location. Sorry to say that quality and quantity have deteriorated! Could be due to ruinous inflation you Democrats seem content to endure given your politics. Sandwiches are not overstuffed as they always were and the bagels appear to be limp relics of the past. Please improve before it's too late!

Always the best thing I'm in amazing and sa Sandwich. And also there locks on a toasted scooped out. Onion and bagel is phenomenal.
