The food was amazing, the place is nice, the service was horrible. You can look back at my reviews, I do not post negative. Unfortunately, this took away from the experience. It was our first visit and I was excited to try something new. I had a few questions and the front desk did not want to serve us until we were ready. When I started to ask a question, she interrupted me and said you are not ready yet. They have lines to stand on and we went back to the back line, and then when the register next to our line was open, (we were next in line) he didn't call us up. He just stared straight ahead and knew we were there because of the situation that just happened. I had to ask if we could come over to his register and order. It was a strange experience. No one smiled, looked up at customers, or greeted anyone. Everyone other patron in there seemed fine with this. I actually wondered if we were in a restaurant that had those attitudes on purpose, but couldn't find anything to signal that. Maybe my excitement and confusion about what I wanted was too much. I definitely felt like a bother and they weren't busy. We ended up getting two bagels with cream cheese and they were fantastic. The place is nice and watching the bagel process is cool. Really could be an amazing place. My advice, know what you want before you get there ?

Truly good quality bagels and very friendly service -- two things that aren't easy to find in Florida. They also have flagels, which are even rarer than a good bagel!

Had a disappointing experience at the North lake , PBG location and hope management makes it right. I ordered a takeout order online. One of the items was raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese. The bagel must have been hot when they added the cream cheese because when I opened my order, it was a soupy mess….so much so that I couldn’t eat it. They should have put it on the side in a container if the bagel was too hot. A waste of $5~$6. Im hoping management reaches out to me for a free redo. And learn from this.

Sometimes people just make your day! My new friend from Georgia made what may quite possibly be the best freaking bagel sandwich I have ever had in my 51 years! You wouldn’t let me give you a tip so you get this review…Thank you so much, my new GA friend- as long as you are the bagel chef, I’ll be back! Also, thank you young lady for making change for me- you made my day a lot easier…
My boyfriend came home from the shooting range and I was expecting to hear how much fun he had but instead I heard how terrible his sandwich was at this restaurant he said he stopped there cause he saw was the Brooklyn bagel place and he figured it would be really good, but said he said he got a cheese that wasn’t even fresh from a wrapper. The ham was probably Oscar Meyer and he didn’t care for his bagel whatsoever, he doesn’t complain so he ate it but all he did was complain when he got home . Also, the eggs had no taste and no flavor

Enjoyed New York City atmosphere away from city. Awesome idea. But I think bagels taste better at Brookly Water Bagel place. When they are hand made and fresh u just can't beat that.
Always good in person, but has never once gotten my delivery order right. The food is usually correct, but any drinks are entirely skipped enough though they’re on the

Good bagel here albeit still nothing like a Brooklyn bagel. Not enough textured chew like a real NY bagel.

Stopped by after family members eye surgery and was nicely surprised. Yummy toasted bagels with cream cheese. Coffee was decent also. Enjoyed them so much we returned following day after postop appointment and purchased a baker’s dozen. plan to freeze most as the bagels near their condo are not worth the calories. Will stop in when in the area again!

I’ve been coming to the Northlake location for 3 years, multiple times per week. The service is always fantastic and the coffee gets me going in the morning, and I don’t need to worry it’s going to be worried down because the ice cubes are made of coffee. The managers are always attentive and even got me a pound of winter wonderland last year after it was rotated out.Tanesha is an amazing employee and always has a suggestion to try something new (tuna fish salad is incredible)
