I would rate this place a zero star if I could. Hours says they open at 8am. I arrived 7:55am and waited until 8 for them to open. I waited for 15 minutes and no one had arrived. I left at 8:15am as I could not keep waiting without knowing what time someone would show up to work. There we're people also who arrived after me waiting there and left as well. This is by far the worst one yet. To the owner, have your employees show up on time or change your open hours later if they can not get up early in the morning. Terrible!!! ?

Waited 8-8:30 today and still no one showed up. How many online orders will need to be refunded due to this and when will the store actually open so I can call in to get my refund......

I ordered pickup 20 minutes before closing time. The store was closed when I showed up 15 minutes before its closing time so I was unable to pickup my order even though it was accepted by the store. Tried calling and nobody was inside. On top of that, website couldn't even process my refund.

Store is in a nice location and is very clean employees are miserable look like they just got out of jail no one smiles as high or thank you and if you want ice and water as a filler in any one of your drinks then this is the place for you they use stock ingredients nothing super fresh nothing great about this place it's old product and old things there are too many fresh alternatives with people who really care and where they treat you like human beings

For a 'chain' or 'franchise' type place it is really good here. There are a lot of food and drink choices, including vegetarian ones. It would be nice to have a couple more vegetarian items, but you can't fault them for the ones they have, more than most places. Usually clean inside also. The only thing I would say they can improve on is the speed of their service. The workers don't seem to work any harder or faster if the line is long. An easier option to place orders at the store would help, touchscreen ordering IN store maybe?

4/11 at 3:30pm.We have gotten curbside pick up here multiple times. Today they lied saying they don’t have that option. There was another customer waiting outside for curbside. Employee had no mask on, much more worried about getting back to her sandwich behind the counter.Lately both tropical smoothies on PGA blvd, have gone downhill when it comes to professionalism and customer service. What a shame..

If only I can give a ZERO star that’s what they deserve, came here twice my experience was bad both times The manager here deserves to be fired! She also treats you badly when you come in if you’ve complained about an order previously. What type of person is that to be. Spend about $14 on a food couldn’t even eat it, I have pictures since the manager refuse to believe, check photos you’ll see it. You can finally believe I’m not tryna get extra foodSandwich was saggy, burn, didn’t even bother to cut my sandwich 1/2 like other places etc... and they also give me the wrong smoothie end up throwing everything on the trash and skip lunch because my break was over. I want a refund I did not spend $14 just to end up throwing everything away I’m never going back to this place y’all terrible, this place definitely need new manager and employees.

I came by this location twice to buy smoothies and both times they were closed early even though the time at the door says 6:00pm. Employees are inside but, door is closed at 5:40PM. Just want to know your hours because online it says close at 6PM. I don’t want to waste my time driving there if the hours are not right online and at the door.
