Food is always good, but service is not. They always sit me right next to the kitchen while servers were in the middle of a family reunion eating and laughing out loud in the table right next to us, this is very unprofessional. You are in the middle of a shift and you are supposed to be WORKING, not resting or taking down time. One of them was eating in the middle of the restaurant and this looked very bad, everybody was looking at her and I guess she noticed because she stood up and left. I understand they want to have some down time, but this is just very unprofessional, go behind the kitchen and eat or take the furthest table to do your business, not while clients are next to you!!!!! I do not come to a restaurant to be eating with the servers or hearing them laughing out loud. Terrible and UNPROFESSIONAL service. There is no management in this place.

Very impressed with the quality of the food and the service. The beer selection is insane there is so much to choose from and all of it top tier craft beer. My waitress brought me 4 samples and was more than willing to bring me as many as I wanted. The food was chef level quality in both presentation and taste. I had four different people taking care of me and my granddaughter. This is the type of service that deserves a generous tip and yes I did leave 28 percent of a hundred ten dollar bill. I will be returning for the good beer good food and outstanding service

In an hours time we got water; ordered two different beers & a cab Sav glass of wine & calamari. They were out of the two beers & served a moscoto. Calamari was chewy & over cooked. We asked several times for a waitress; then asked if we could order everything at once (main course included) & were told no. One hour after seating; no drinks in front of us but water & uneaten calamari, , we went up front and asked for the manager. We told her the place was run HORRIBLY & with her unapologetic smirk on her face she said ‘get out or I’ll call the cops’. This is how they handle complaints? We then went to a beach place; told them & she said all she’s heard lately is the food is bad and so is the service. The Yard house was practically empty.

April 13, 5pm. We both had chicken entrees. Lousy, salty. My Ceasar salad tasted sour, I realized later it had little to no dressing. Just poor food and we have been to several other locations around the country and they were all good.

Gf and I needed a nightcap after a movie...split decision between voodoo bayou and yard house. We went with yard house, a familiar place. Service and variety was as expected
Great bar. Service was excellent. Food was delicious and fast. Got it right. Attentive. Great prices and a very diverse menu.

Wonderful experience at the Yard House. Food was amazing! Only problem is when you leave and get harassed by racist security officers. Touching children and shouting slurs at families does not meet the 5 star experience. I recommend not going after 7 pm, for safety reasons.

Great service, great food, reasonable prices. Made a med-rare burger w/ cheese I wanted and caramelized onions. Not on menu, but server's quick response was "... sure, we can do that ..." Our new lunch and maybe happy hour go-to spot.
