Echo's Asian food varieties were outstanding and delicious. We ate on the porch, which was less noisy than inside the restaurant. Inside is also very dark in the evening. Service was excellent. Our only criticism is the prices —if you order too many dishes to share, it really adds up!
A Breakers owned restaurant so the quality of the food definitely fits the reputation. The ingredients are fresh. The sushi was very fresh. The Portions are small. The dessert is delicious. Try the soufflé or the banana chocolate spring rolls - very yummy ! Very Overpriced menu for what they are serving. The service was attentive and the restaurant was crowded. The ambiance is very dark and could use a bit more light. Valet parking available.

We've been coming to Echo for at least 12-13 years. Just went last night again for my husband's birthday and while I've written other reviews there a lot longer before this one is going to be short and sweet. Service is superb. The food from sushi rolls to different items on the menu are superb. We have never had a bad meal. The only cons about this place is it is very expensive.
