Food always hits the spot but always tastes like there is a lot of pepper. The night I recently went they let my friend and I stand at the window for about 15mins while they watched us and proceeded to walk by ignoring us until I waved like a crazy woman for them to acknowledge me. It was like 12am so they weren't busy and saw me. Fast, friendly, everything was warm and order was correct. Just these qualities alone are impossible in fast food these days... but they did it right. I usually avoid fast food but was a cheat day ? take out and drive thru only obviously my first time trying it.

I am so happy this Checkers location opened in Palm Coast! They are doing a great job. The food is always hot and fresh, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the specials, the restaurant and parking lot are clean. I love that they are open late, because there aren't many options for late night takeout here.
