I've never been disappointed with any Chick-fil-A!

This location was by far the best location we have visited in the southern states. I unfortunately did not get her name, but there is a new manager there. She is an older Hispanic lady who wears dark rimmed glasses. She is extremely rude to us. She does not encompass the values that Chick-fil-A has always upheld. This was also the first time we’ve ever looked at our food from Chick-fil-A and we’re very disappointed in it’s appearance. The new management at this location is bringing the quality of the experience and the food to a lower level.
Counter help not thoroughly trained. Ordered a frostedCoffee. Floor person brought us iced coffee? After speaking with shift manager all was settled. This incident wasn't because the counter help didn't listen it was just he was unaware of the items on menu.Oh well, worse things could happen... yet, it's always good to ask questions when in doubt...its a sign of intelligence.

Love Chick-fil-A, but my hips don’t! They just make my return visits to easy with the welcoming attitude! Not the healthiest place for me unfortunately so my visits have been cut back drastically. ( sigh)Parking: There are two drive- thru, so you have parking available around the building, along the front, also next to the ice cream shop. You can find a spot somewhere close to get you chicken craving satisfaction.
One of the best Chick-fil-A I've been to. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Food was hot and fresh.
