Beautiful place. Four of us stood at the bar for 15 minutes while trying to get the two ladies behind the bar to sell us drinks. We even made eye contact a few times and they ignored us. So we walked out and went to Houligans. It wasn't busy and it was around 6pm. Thanks for nothing. We won't be back.

I came here for the first time while I was down here for Thanksgiving and it’s a cool spot… the pool tables are immaculate and they also have a dart board. Staff is friendly and the owner was cool. Gotta check it out if you’re in town.

I Dont play pool to much,But this place is Beautiful The Manager from New York was absolutely wonderful. Friendly and inviting made me wanna come back for more. T.V,s Bar and Food Service wonderful,This has to be the Best looking pool hall i have seen so Far .???

BE AWARE WHEN LEAVING YOUR CARD IN THE HANDS OF THE BARTENDERS ..i was never given back my bank card , when I was ready to go they claimed to not have it I had to call the police so they can watch back the cameras , the bartender put my card in her pocket and went home with it , the next day I went to pick up my card from cue note and the owners are rude old naive people who had the audacity to tell me not to come back if there’s going to be a “problem” …SHE TOOK MY CARD AND THEY ACT AS IF I TRIED TO STEAL FROM THEM.. SMH , if ever u have an issue at this place call the police because they will not help you and lie to your face and act as if it’s “too bad your loss”

I am writing to highly recommend The Cue Note Billiard Room in Palm Coast, FL. The Cue Note is a wonderful place to enjoy playing the game of pool and spend time with friends and family. The staff is very friendly, and they have weekly tournaments available for you to play in if you’d like. The Cue Note is also a base for lots of league teams that are looking for players of any skill level. The atmosphere is welcoming and the equipment is well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend The Cue Note Billiard Room for anyone looking for a great place to play pool.
