Worse experience I've received from an establishment. Over an hour to receive my food and it was cold. Finally, the delivery driver arrived and doesn't apologize for being late just gives me the pizza says “Here”

Okay, let's talk about this... We ordered our pizza and pulled up the Pizza Tracker. At 5:56, the tracker told us that our dinner was out for delivery, with Jose as our driver. Great! At 6:20, we turned the oven on to preheat because we knew that at this point we weren't getting a hot pizza with a crispy crust. At 6:25, we called in to check up on things, and were told that it was all on its way. At 6:35, Jose was at our door with a lukewarm pizza in hand.Let me just say that Jose was great... He was very courteous, and laughed it off when I asked if he was the only delivery person for all of Palm Coast. I'm not rating the service low for any reason but for the overall experience. In all honesty, we could've gotten a frozen pizza, doctored it up with extra toppings, and had it hot from the oven for about a quarter of the cost.

time after time cant get the online order correct driver showed up at address with no pizza after waiting for an hour and the driver laughed at me when i got angry, hope you laugh when your out of a job, everyone i know that others that order from this store has the same story and has promised along with me to boycott this store. total crap service. I hate you.!

I've had many pizzas from Domios in my time and even worked at this store many years ago, but today was the best order I've ever had. Everything perfect! Saturday day crew was on point!!!!
Tonight I ordered a medium pepperoni pan pizza with extra cheese and the pepperoni cheesy bread. The pizza had very limited pepperoni and no extra cheese. The pepperoni cheesy bread had no pepperoni except one on top of the bread. I have to say this is the WORST pizza I have ever eaten and I've had a lot of pizza. I will never order from that location again. Goodbye Domino's Pizza

Ordered a thin n crispy Wisconsin cheese pizza online at 5:53pm on a Saturday! Figured it would be a long wait on a weekend…Nope!! They texted (tracking) and it ARRIVED in exactly 30 minutes! Off the HOOK GOOD! I have zero affiliation w/them and just wanted to give a shout out for awesomeness! Ppl are so quick to Complain but I believe in giving credit where it is DUE! * Soooo here’s a pic! 2 corners missing cuz I scarfed ?

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but because can't 1 will this place is so unprofessional and they have thieves working there I placed an order on July 7 and I tipped my driver cash he goes behind me back and adds himself another tip on top of what I crave him!!!!! The disrespect!!! When I called only one person helped me get my money back the attitude at this place is atrocious please do not shop here try another store bmthey literally just lost there best customer!!
