next time you’re going to pick up a Pizza next door, cancel your order and walk a few doors down to this place instead. The food is better, the prices are relatively the same if not cheaper and your food will probably be done quicker. Always a delicious experience with plenty of options. Even if you’re not sure what to get or you’re scared of authentic cuisine you will not be disappointed

We have been going to this restaurant over five years. In the past, I always would give it five stars. We have seen the quality change here of late. The pork was tender and tasted good; but, it was ruined because it was over salted; it was also dry, could have used a little meat juice. Sadly, you can add salt; but, you can't take it away when food is over salted. The Yucca was over-salted, as well and it was very dry. In the past, the yucca had onions added and maybe other things and it was in juice. The black beans had none of the specialty things Puerto rican cooking usually adds to beans; it appear it was just canned beans reheated. I hope this restaurant brings it quality standards back; this was our favorite restaurant.
