Very disappointed. Ordered the Big Kahuna without green peppers and was given a sandwich with no green peppers or onions and hardly any mushrooms or jalapeños. Also, the meat portion wasn’t enough to fill the bread. Way overpriced for what I got.

The lady making my food was talking to a lady she new that was standing in line with a little boy. She stopped working on my food to go get him something to eat. I would have been out of there faster if she would have just worked on my order.

This location is a relatively new location and unfortunately, it's already seen a noticeable decline in quality. The decreasing quality of the crafting of their subs has become rather unignorable. I recently ordered subs from them and upon delivery, they had no toppings what so ever. Nothing that had been requested on the sub had been put on and they didn't even put the standard veggies or dressing. Just meat on bread. After having to drive all the way to their location to get the subs remade, the only apology I was given was a $2 coupon. I burned more than $2 in gas to get there and back in my work truck, not to mention I had already paid for a delivery fee and tipped the driver. Money I only spent to save myself from having to drive to the store.Tonight was even more ridiculous however. I ordered the same order I always get through their app, with the same instructions.Instructions for the first sandwich were..."Please add heavy pepper, spicy brown mustard instead of yellow, and put mayo on the bottom half of the roll with mustard on the top half. Extra oil and vinegar." (I would have added a thank you but there's a character limit)The second was..."Spicy brown mustard instead of yellow, please. Light oil and vinegar. Add pepper. Thank you."I've never had a problem with the instructions being understood before, yet tonight when my delivery was ordered my sandwiches came in pieces. Veggies, meat and cheese on the bread, with some of the condiments in cups. I was only given oil and vinegar, mayo and mustard. No oregano, no salt, no pepper. So I had to disassemble my subs in order to dress them to be half of what I ordered.When I called to speak to a manager to find out why this was the case, the manager made it out as if I was in the wrong. She was incredibly rude and condescending about the instructions that I left for the subs to be made. Instructions that were left on their app, in the box Jersey Mike's provides for special instructions. She kept mentioning how they were "long and confusing paragraphs too difficult for her to figure out." She also informed me that I shouldn't put so many special instructions in, because I don't know how busy they might be. Saying that I got my sandwiches the way I did because they had "a bunch of orders come in at the same time" and they "only have two people making subs".Which I don't see what either of those things has to do with my order coming incomplete. If there was going to be a delay in the delivery time, she could have called and informed me. I would have been more than happy to wait and been sympathetic to their lack of staff. She says my instructions were confusing, something else that could have easily been solved with a phone call. They have my phone number through the app and I have gotten phone calls in the past when they don't have a menu item.It entirely defeats the purpose of me ordering a sub, paying someone else to make it, paying someone to deliver it, and then having to take the sub apart, dress it, and put it back together myself. I'm incredibly disappointed in not only the increasing decline in this store's quality but this store's management response to me being confused and bothered by having paid for food they couldn't even be bothered to fully make, when that's literally the entire point of getting food from a restaurant over making it yourself.

I love the fact we have a Jersey Mike’s in Palm Coast now! So far everything has been good, the Sandwich Specialist Kato makes u feel welcomed and have u leaving feeling full and happy.

Jersey Mikes rocks like them better then fire house now . Always a nice experience. Awesome fresh , fast , highly recommended Philly of course but what's even better must try is there chicken Philly different but very good , roast beef is really good , Roast beef really good my husband favorite nice and red . Italian , Club , Club Supreme , Stickball is all pur family favorites. Bigger cookies usally up front by check out smaller ones by chips .

This location started out great, however it seems that staffing may need to be bolstered up a bit. Aside from their first month of opening, the staff present seems to always be overwhelmed with the amount of orders coming in online as well as walk-ins. They try their best from the looks of it, but you can’t adequately provide great customer service if you are constantly playing catch-up. The franchise owner needs to look at what hours are busy and help their own employees out by providing additional assistance during these shifts. It would be a shame for a well known franchise to fail due to lack of support from within.
