Save your money and go somewhere else! Employees (3) were like zombies with the same enthusiasm. Ordered a quesadilla with steak and it was literally just trash. The steak was like pebbles or extremely hard , dry beef jerky. Very few toppings to choose from and they were extremely stingey with all. It was almost as if they were trying to make it stretch to the end of the week. Will never visit again. A quesadilla and medium drink was $18.00!! I could have gone to a real restaurant and spent less for much better food. This franchise should have its certificate pulled. Don’t let yourself get ripped off at this place.

Only go here if you want terrible customer service and to be ignored by every employee.

The steak bowl at Moe’s was excessively salty, forcing me to remove the stakes and eat them separately. This detracted from the dining experience, overshadowing any enjoyment from the otherwise well-prepared dish. Disappointing.

Terrible service, they treat your food like slop and have no appreciation for customer service even simple questions.

The food was good but way over-priced! 32.89 for lunch for two people, not going back. Sit down fast food for that price point, next time I will go to a real sit dowm restaurantHard pass to expensive

I didn't appreciate a non service dog that the customer brought into the restaurant and had it right up to the food glass and was whimpering and panting for the food and barking for the food on the other side of cook counter. The customer gadcevery intention of having that animal to sit at the tables to eat inside. Again, this was not a service dog. This is against code and disgusting. I am a nurse, and the entitled thought this woman had was blatant disregard for sanitary conditions and acting as if this dirty nasty dog belonged inside a restaurant. I did speak to the person left in charge and other staff members about how inappropriate this was and if they allowed these people to continue to stay inside I was going to report the issue to any and all people concerned. And i would never return toban establishment that allowed potential butt licking dog up near the top of food station spuing its saliva across and spreading nasty germs. The staff did respond accordingly, and The customers/people did decide to take the dog and finally go outside to eat instead, as they were going to let the dog eat food on and at the tables and stand over the salsa station with the dog in her hands. Again, I respect the use and need for service dogs, but this was obviously not a service dog, and it acted like a yapping undisciplined animal. Again, the staff did say they would request them to take the dog out of the building for sanitary reasons as it was obviously not a service animal, and they/staff were respectful to me and acknowledged my legitimate complaints about how unsanitary and disgusting it was. So I thank them for their response. I think a sign should be put on the door, and when non service animals are brought in, the customer should be told to leave and not be allowed to place an order until the animal is left outside. This animal opens up all kinds of contamination and filth to a place that serves food.

Went here once about a year ago, was so disappointed in A) the fact that no one seemed concerned that a customer entered their building, B) the portion size, C) the food was cold, D) the atmosphere seemed like no one wanted to be there.Easily the worst restaurant experience I had in Palm Coast.

Way overpriced for what you get - essentially serving spoonfuls of slop over some rice. The Birria tastes good but you don't get served enough to justify the price.

Outrageous prices. It's not 'moes' anymore, it's a private equity group. Focus Brands. And the quality has definitely gone down.

The food is usually pretty good for what it is. The queso is the best. We frequent Moe’s and usually don’t have a problem. Today our food was pretty sloppy and when changing out some of the items in the table out I noticed how disgusting it was and I can’t lie, it turned me off a bit. If any employee from Moe’s reads this, I’d maybe clean this table a little bit.

Been coming here for a long time and the steak is usually good. The steak was old and chewy and i always get black beans but it made my burrito totally soggy and mush i couldnt even eat it.supposed to drain it before you put it on my burrito not a pound of juice making it nasty and soggy.Outrageous prices for below average food. Always out of vitamin water and the one remix soda machine has been broken for a year. Also the table all the meat and sides they put on was completely disgusting. Also the hood vents look like they havent been cleaned in ages. Guess its back to chipotle worth the drive. This store needs drastic improvement and there is never anyone there and who don't care or know what they are doing. Hole place is a mess.
