Outback steakhouse never disappoints! The service is friendly and prompt, and the food is tasty. I have enjoyed every meal. I have dined in or had as takeout.

I haven't been to Outback in 20 years and that was 1500 miles away. So happy to find the food is as good as ever, portions are huge, atmosphere relaxing and service while slow at first was excellent... shout out to Natalie who turned me on to coconut shrimp... sweet, juicy, luscious... best I've had. So glad we chose this for lunch of appetizers and cocktails. We will be back!

We don’t eat at a lot of chains because the quality of the food and the general experience are pretty weak usually… but we saw an ad in a flyer and got a craving for a bloomin onion… so off we went.When we arrived, we saw that there was outdoor seating… the view was of the parking lot but it was warm out so it seemed preferable to a typical over-ACed dining room… we were right. We had about a 10 minute wait - which was fine - and we got cold sitting inside during that time. Then the host told us to go to the outside and find the table with 2 menus on it (a little odd?).Our waitress seemed very nice at first - a pleasant surprise given some recent experiences - and helpful explaining things about the menu, entering our free bloomin onion for joining the rewards program… but that’s where the service ended.My cocktail came out first and it was like drinking blue koolaid. Not the server’s fault, but just another issue. When the server brought my wife’s soup - 15 minutes after we’d been seated - she asked if we wanted bread. We said that we did, but it never arrived. Approx 30 minutes later we had to ask where the bloomin onion was when we caught the server…. She blamed it on a backed up kitchen, but it seemed clear to us she forgot… it was a pattern. When the bloomin onion finally came, our server offered plates and said she’d be right back… once again, plates never came.Finally, our entrees were actually pretty good… but they were bit medium rare as ordered. Definitely closer to medium - and they even have pictures to show what their definitions are, so it’s not a subjective kind of thing.Also, the bread never came so we started catching any other server we could (since ours rarely showed up again)… we saw people just seated getting bread… multiple times. We had to ask about that and wondered if one was for us… It was all just a fiasco.We were looking up air fryer bloomin’ onion recipes - we probably won’t be back.

Service at the bar is great! Mike, Mos, and the entire crew are very attentive and caring. Kris, the proprietor is great. I have met most of his management team, and they definitely all have the same goal in mind. They definitely try to take good care of their customers.

AWESOME DINNER ! Waitress Suzanne was friendly, accommodating even when the kitchen error with medium well to medium rare.. She immediately fixed the issue and had it cooked to medium well.. Definitely try the Wallaby Darned !!... Great experience at Outback Palm Coast... Thank you for a wonderful dinner!

My sister requested Outback for her bday and I have never seen her devour an entire steak that fast before ... apparently she loved it. FYI, the brussel sprouts are delicious!Our server, Suzanne, was such a sweetheart and I appreciated her attentiveness the entire time even tho the place was jampacked.Today I took my Dad there for lunch and our server, Natalie, was just as awesome, friendly and provided quality service.Big thanks to both lovely ladies for making both visits great experiences!
