I don't know why they won't just shut down this location. They are AWFUL! Some of the staff is RUDE, and the others just don't care and are CLUELESS. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You can never get those 30 minutes you spend waiting for food, that could very likely never arrive, can not be gotten back.

Waited for 20 minutes at the drive-through before I got to the microphone and once I got to the microphone, I was told she’d be with me in a few minutes then five minutes later somebody from the kitchen comes out & puts a sign on the drive-through microphone saying the microphones not working, and that I’d have to come inside to order…I told him I’d already been waiting 20 minutes And was greeted with the oh well sorry not sorry you need to go inside type of attitude… What is wrong with this location? It seems like they’ve only got maybe two people working here at all times it’s always a nightmare… Food is good but their shortstaffed or the staff doesn’t care. I don’t know what the problem is… Please get it together

Husband has been begging for Popeyes for a week, I finally give in. It’s been a year since the last time we gave them a chance and they didn’t change a damn thing. Still don’t give the full order and why I have to listen to employee drama in the drive thru speaker and get told to hold on while they gossip is BESIDE ME. Will not return.

While waiting I was the only customer and I could see all the employees were just texting… I know it’s fast food but it was ridicules the amount of laziness… I’m still waiting for my order while writing this… also this is a really small order like what is

I Place an order a 10 piece family meal with to two side and biscuits and a shrimp tactical box I us a coupon for the 10 piece family. meal and as I was getting ready to drive away the guy in the said wait and gave me the coleslaw so I got it thinking the rest was in the bag but as I got home and check it was missing my fries for the 10 piece I try to call the store but they just would hang up the call

A nightmare team! Terrible attitude towards the client. They completely ignore you and don't even say hello. It takes a very long time to wait for an order, or rather the opportunity to order. The workers pretend to be very busy, but do practically nothing. For this, they will definitely remind you about the wrong parking, despite the fact that it is 10 o’clock in the evening and the parking lot is absolutely empty, except for me. As a result, they forced me to get out and repark the car. They communicate in a very tactless and rude manner. After waiting forever for my order, they gave me the wrong order. And when I came back, my order had already been given to another delivery person. This is truly the worst thing I've seen in America.
Low quality served by people who don't care. Look elsewhere for chicken. If you really want good fried chicken, get it from Publix.

Dining room is always closed. Always out of chicken even though they do not have many customers. In the Drive thru, they tell you to park and finally bring your order out 45 minutes later. Unfriendly staff. I love Popeys chicken, but the food at this location is horrible. They don't make delivery orders when they supposed to. WHERE IS THE OWNER???? Does he even care about his business?

I never do this, but it’s the second time I’ve came by this location right at opening hours, and could not get served and was told that it would be an extra hour because the system had to reboot. I would suggest to the management the upgrade or do all the updates for the equipment
