I recently started going to this Subway every Tuesday for my favorite number 12 sub. I usually have good service but today there was a person working there that I had not seen before. His service and courtesy was lacking and I was very very disappointed. He didn’t read what went in the sandwich. I told him not a lot of Turkey he put a whole bunch in. Left out the bacon. Had to tell him to put Mayo and more onion as he put in about three slivers. Then he still forgot to put bacon in. Didn’t apologize instead continued to complain about something. Did not wrap the sandwich like it should have been. Was very sloppy. And then just put it in a bag and left it on counter and sai there it was and walked off.I suggest Subway you train your employees or some of them on good customer service.I go every Tuesday. Do you really want to lose good customers with sloppy employees who have all been great there except this person. What a shame I can’t give you that 5 star review.

Went ordered my footlong sub. Had the server toast my bread. While he was doing so I said no condiments on this. When the bread Andy meat came out of the oven, he laid the sub on the counter and waited on the next person who ordered 3 different subs. The man just continued to make the mans subs and continued toasting them. I stood there for at least five minutes watching him make someone's subs who came in after me. Finally he took my sub and started wrapping it up. I said hey I want some stuff on it. He said to me "You said you didn't want anything on it." I said " I did not. I said no condiments and condiments are mayo, oil and it Isn't vegetables". His reply was Oh. Then I told him what I wanted on my sub. I'm 73 years old and should not have to wait all that time for my sub. It's a disgrace

I’m giving a one star because not everyone has a debit card to place an order online.

Clean store, nice staff. Food is getting iffy for the price. +$15 for a sandwich, drink and chips. That included the +$1.50 so i could get enough chicken to cover 80% of bread.

Very rude customer service. Two girls (one white with black hair the other chubby black with blonde hair) made fun of me for ordering a sandwich. They called it gross and literally did a “nose goes” game while smiling in front of my face. I was shocked at the time and decided to order a different sandwich, and another employee (a guy with short hair) took my order only after an awkward amount of time. They clearly didn’t want me there anymore so I guess I’m giving them what they want. Let this review be a warning: if you feel they’re judging you, they are :/. Do not recommend for those with anxiety.

100/10 stars if I could; the food is so good! The workers are quick and generous with the portions and the sandwiches are so filling ? ? Subway's at this location knows what's up

Gave me an anxiety attack they were so mean to me. At first, my experience was okay. The guy at the beginning of the counter helped me with my sub and put it in the toaster. Then the lady who took it out ask me what toppings I would like and I asked for a little bit of spinach and “lots of black olives” (the same order I’ve been getting for twenty years). She puts a little bit of olives on and I asked if I could please have some more. She puts a little bit more on and I decide it’s not worth bothering her to get the actual amount I wanted. I ask for a little bit of Mayo and to have the sub cut in half (my husband and I were sharing it). She passed it off to the woman at the register who proceeds to turn to the woman who just made my sandwich and go “yeah there was this woman the other day who complained about the handful of onions we put on her sandwich, like lady we have a set amount we are supposed to put on. People are SO greedy.” While I am standing there ready to pay. It was clearly in response to me asking for more olives. I started having a panic attack and shaking because I suffer from anxiety and I didn’t think I had done anything wrong asking for my usual order. As I am paying now, I decide to say “you didn’t have to say that in front of me… I barely leave my house as it is because of my anxiety.” She immediately gets this nasty look on her face and says “I wasn’t even talking about YOU” looked me up and down and says “I said a WOMAN” very clearly implying that she doesn’t consider me to be a woman. (I am btw for those who care.) I start crying as I’m trying to fill my drink and can’t even stay and eat there like I had planned. Sobbed in my car for half an hour and couldn’t even eat the food because of how terrible I felt after she basically called me greedy and not a woman.

The sandwiches were good, the bread was fresh and the store is extremely clean. Kudos to the employees.

Ordering online is not worth the online deal you get unless you get there while they are making your sub. I used the online and the Cali turkey with avocado was mushy. I like my subs toasted and it was not. Too much avocado spread and Mayo for someone trying it "regular". It was like I marked it heavy. Next time I will try to be there when the subs are being made to get the deal OR just go in person to order to monitor the slather.
