Just got my food and the meatball sub I just got, looked and tasted like mush. It was so nasty. My daughter got the tuna sub, and it was nasty. Subway has went down the drain. Never again will we eat there. 0 stars ?

I really feel like the manager of the subway needs to be recognized for her exceptional customer service!! I’m not sure how long she has been the manager but I haven’t been back to this subway in over a year. Last week I placed a order online for pick up, got to the store and figured out I ordered it to the incorrect location. The manager was busy doing paperwork and stopped what she was doing and genuinely wanted to help! She actually called the location to cancel my order for me, and reorder it in the store. The manager of the incorrect location (subway in Walmart) was not able to cancel the order (no manager on site). The manager offered to stop by the other subway on her way home that night, to process the cancellation for my order and issue the refund so it was taken care of the right way! I can not say enough good things about her. What a way to go up and beyond for a customer who was the one who made the mistake and ordered to the wrong location! I did a pickup order today, and the subs were fresh, the bread is fresh and you can tell she runs that store with passion! & CLEAN! I believe this manager should be promoted!

This is probably the worst place in town to get a sub. They advertise Subway on TV like this great sandwich shop loaded with meat. Na wrong they are very skimpy with the meat and everything else they put on. I purchased a roast beef sub and when I got home I was shocked when I opened it. Even called them up and I said the local supermarket Publix makes a much better sandwich ( and cheaper)and all she said was well they get their meat cheaper than we do. WHAT!! your a nation wide chain publix only has 1300 stores only in the southeast. Waste of hard earned money. Even their complaint line is shut down because they get so many complaints.

Sandwich was good, service was horrible. Maybe it was just the worker that helped me but she was in a rush and talked very disrespectful. Stared at me when she said something but I couldn't hear her. Not good.

I ordered by phone, a foot long BMT on Italian bread with mustard and mayo, white American cheese, all veggies except cucumbers and spinach and ask for banana peppers instead of hot peppers, extra oil and vinegar salt and pepper. What I got was a foot long BMT on white bread no mustard or Mayo, got white American cheese,3 Shreds of lettuce 2 small slivers of green pepper no tomato 4 pieces black olives, 3 slivers onion and 2 banana peppers. Pretty much no oil and vinegar. I think employees need to be retrained

These two stoner kids took forever to even acknowledge I was there. One was eating a cookie straight from the cookie display (bet he didn't pay for it) and the other was on his phone. When he was done scrolling he finally took his sweet time to make my simple turkey sandwhich. $15 an hour folks.
