I was so happy I thought of going to Sylvain's to see what they have to offer since I don't eat meat. To my delight, they had a vegetable roti and it was delicious. I can't wait to get another one and explore the rest of their menu. I did a take out, but would love to eat in. Very comfortable atmosphere.

Authentic and delicious Caribbean flavors in the heart of Palm Coast. We were warmly greeted as we walked in. We dined in, ordered our food and picked out our drinks. The food was incredible, so full of flavor at fair prices. The owner came over after cooking our meals and introduced himself and gave us a piece of cake to try. The service was superb. I highly recommend.They are starting an all you can eat buffet every third Sunday of every month for $25!!!!

The service was great the server had a beautiful smile and the customer service excellent. My family is ?? and wanted some Caribbean food. We ordered a jerk pork dinner and baked chicken dinner. They were very disappointed with the food it was not authentic, it was horrible. The lemon pepper wing was very salty also. Unfortunately we threw most of the food out.

When this restaurant first open I really liked their food , I recently ordered the oxtail dinner with peas and rice , the rice was not cooked and neither was the oxtail, I would not be going back.

Just don't! Mac and cheese is just baked elbow noodles under a bed of burnt cheese. Bit into the oxtail and almost lost a tooth! The meat was old, stale, and tough. Refused to eat it. It should be illegal to pass that garbage off as food. Spent $60+ for 2 oxtail plates. NEVER AGAIN!
Ordered our thanksgiving dinner from the restaurant and oh boy was it delicious. Was fairly priced and was all boxed up and hot for us when we picked up on thanksgiving day! I know this is a late post but I’ve been so busy and just forgot to give them props.

Great service and food. I ended up calling them just after their closing time, and they stayed open to make our food. It was cooked to order and very delicious. The cook and staff are friendly and really make sure that you get a good experience. The food was seasoned perfectly! Check them out!

Delicious Caribbean home cooking! The young lady working there was so kind and helped make great recommendations. The food was excellent. Loved the goat curry with roti and jerk pork. Definitely one of our favorites in Palm Coast. We are looking forward to going back and trying more on the menu.
