Seated at a table that was not cleaned, food all over seats and floor. Server was MIA most of the time. Took forever to get our food and when finally came was incomplete. Just a horrible experience.

A solid experience at a casual, affordable chain steakhouse - and a welcome one after a pretty poor experience at their nearby direct competitor from “down under” a few weeks ago.My wife and I immediately noticed the difference in the mood of the staff - they all seemed to be working well as a team and enjoying themselves. Our server Amaya was also very nice and genuine.The drinks (margarita), apps (fried pickles) and our entrees (sirloin steaks and shrimp) were all good. It’s not the type of meal you’ll remember or rave about for years, because at the end of the day it’s still a chain and the quality will always reflect that. But, for the price and the convenient hours (most places nearby were closed by 9 - but these guys were open until 10), and good service, we can’t complain.The portions were also good - we have enough leftovers for another meal.

This was my first time here. I had an absolute wonderful time! My husband and I were seated quickly and were able to put in our drink order almost immediately. Our waiter was Zack and he was so helpful and had a smile on his face every time he came over! I highly recommend him! Our food was incredible!! The rolls and butter were something I could have had an eating contest over, as well as drinking the Raspberry Sweet Tea (thank you Zack for the suggestion) for a wonderful refresh between bites of food. We ordered the Killer Ribs and the 12 oz Ribeye, which both were cooked to perfection. Fall off the bones ribs and the most buttery Ribeye I have ever had! Everything is made in house, so one can’t go wrong! On top of everything the floors and tables were clean! We can’t wait to come back and try more of your meats!!UPDATE: 5 STARS ALL AROUND!!!!Went back within a week because it is that good of food! Tried a different array of food for dinner - 20 oz Bone In Ribeye with Chili and steak fries, 3 filet medallions (9 oz total) with Caesar Salad and Mashed Potatoes - everything was cooked to perfection. The Bone In was melt in your mouth and the filets were cutting like butter! It’s the only place I can eat a steak outside my own grille. The service was outstanding - Amanda was wonderful, smiling and laughing, always kept our drinks full and brought our food out quick!! With a packed house on a Friday night, finding a seat wasn’t a problem and enjoyed the two seater booth making it more of a date night! Thank you guys for making this a norm for us now!
