Staff was very nice but their smoothie making skills are questionable at bestThe ratio of the ingredients was off by a lot and there was WAY too much ice in my smoothie, I couldn’t even drink it cause chunks of unblended ice kept blocking the straw at the bottomProbably won’t be coming back to this location

Traveling down from Jacksonville had stopped by starbucks, but they were closed, so I made a stop at Tropical Smoothie and ordered an Avocalada. They would of gotten 5 stars, but they turned off their stove early, so I wasn’t able to order a quesadilla.

2023-08-26: I got the Acai Berry Boost smoothie and a three cheese chicken Quesadilla. Both were very good. Google Maps will take you around in circles and still won't get you there.

What an awful experience. My wife ordered online and spoke to an associate who told her it would be done in 10 minutes. I showed up around 13 minutes later to th open sign being on but the door was locked. I tried to explain that my wife paid for her smoothie and i was here to pick it up. They ignored me and probably took the shake home. What poor and deplorable customer service and representatives for a great company. This should not happen to anyone. At other locations they have honored the order and had it ready to go. Do better Palm Coast store.
