Ordered a couple of the new shrimp dinners, and some chicken strips. It was so salty. We could not even finish it. The coating on the shrimp was super salty. It was absolutely an edible then we tried the chicken strips which are usually good and they were super salty as well, it was a big fail. Almost $40 along with the fried white cheddar. They were the only thing good and of course Zaxbys did not give you the marinara sauce to dip in. Why do you have to keep asking for stuff that should come with your order, it’s not right $40 and Over and thrown in the garbage don’t waste your time plus the 15 minute wait for the food EXTREME don’t don’t eat there too much money too much SALT on all food

Service was horrendous. Made an online order which normally you don't need to wait for, but I'm ok with waiting when the service is kind. That didn't happen this evening.First, the window employees (2 of them there) couldn't figure out if they even had my order... they did which they eventually found. Then they asked the kitchen about it to which a male responded VERY rudely and loudly "Well then she needs to WAIT!" I hadn't even said anything. I can understand being under stress but don't take that out on a paying customer. They eventually had me park to wait for my order. I askws about the rude guy to the employees at the window because I was honestly shocked and the one ROLLED HER EYES at me! Then she proceeded to tell me to park in spot 2 and shut the window. What an absolute joke.Your employees need a class on professionalism. I've never had an issue with this location before. Not sure who you're hiring, but it's not a good look.

Used to love this place but hate it and won't come back due to incompetent workers and managers not honoring the fact that their janky app took my money away without giving me an order confirmation or anything. So had to spend even more money to go find somewhere else to eat, because no one can give me my money back that has disappeared into digital thin air apparently.

Went into PC Zaxbys. Ordered 2 meals. Had to sit & wait. Watched several others get their food while we still had no food. 15, 20, 30 mins passed. Finally went to check & order was never made. We were totally forgotten. Given 3 cookies with no apology & sat again another 8 mins while food was made. You forgot us, now my family & friends will forget your establishment.

Love their spice levels as well because they are spicy but just the right kind of spicy level.Parking: Lots of parking around the business as well.Wheelchair accessibility: Do not park in handicap. We ordered a very large (190 meals) order for a school. I met with Shannon the week before and she assured me she would have it ready with no issues. The day of, I showed up at 10:40AM and 99% of the order was complete, boxed and labeled!The staff was so helpful and I can't say enough about how Shannon and her team pulled that off for us. Everything was perfect! Shannon was so courteous and professional thru the whole process. The kids were so thrilled! Huge round of applause for this Palm Coast Zaxby's location!!

Girl drops my credit card outside , doesn't know how to use credit card machine. forgets my sauce that I ordered for each item and paid more for. Then wants to give me attitude and 2 sauce when I come back.. for my 4 meals and white cheddar bites. 5 sauces ordered. chikfila is right across the street I don't need to deal with morons with attitude at zaxbys.
