Fast food is what it is but,I stopped into this building and was shock at what I saw. The store was desusting and the bathroom was subpar. And to top it off the staff was highly unprofessional. I just got back to the States from my second tour. And was excited to have so good old fashion American fast food. To top it off I witnessed the table girl scratching her scalp with her hand and proceeded to make a sandwich with out changing her gloves. I don't know who possess a food safety certificate card and traines the staff, but they need to fire him or her. I will be calling the health department a make a report of this insodend. And the food was sloppy and Lukeworm. SSG MONSEN UNITED STATES ARMY 1st infantry division ⚔️

Just had to leave the drive thru after placing my order. 30 minutes I waited, and the line didn't seem to be moving. To take that long and only have 4 or 5 cars in drive thru is inexcusable. So here I am heading back home still hungry. It would have been quicker to go to Walmart and buy the meat, then go across the street to Lowes and buy a grill and cook it MYSELF. I won't be going back to this location. I would have given more than a 1 star for food, but I never got the actual food.

Twan was so helpful !! i got my usual chicken fries, chicken jr, and large fry. my app was having trouble loading and he was so patient and kind to me. he also gave me extra sauces and made sure i had everything in the bag. i watched him double check it before he handed it to me !! talk about customer service, that was customer service who is passionate !! definitely coming back for more soon and will recommend to friends.

This is the second time I ordered an impossible whopper with cheese, emphasized I wanted cheese, and there was no cheese, which made it much less enjoyable. I'm done with this place if they can't even get a simple detail like they right:

The process of ordering and receiving the food via the evening drive through went well without issue. The drive through employee was friendly and courteous. It would be great if they had tap to pay technology at the drive through. The impossible burger is my go to meal while traveling away from home.

Honestly who reviews a fastfood place?? Apparently alot. But this has always been closest one to me and the one in Tarpon also sux. But second I walked in. 3 young kids are standing around doing absolutely nothing but talking in a circle and I stood there for at least a solid minute which yes is a lifetime when nobody is around.Then some kid at counter starts talking in semi spanish and says how he’s is from Miami and everyone speaks spanish . And said how nobody speaks spanish here….. Ya dude its America, learn our language.And then there is the bathroom. ? Guys, get a mop and clean it or put an out of order sign.

Drive-thru ALWAYS backed up at lunch times. 15-20 minute waits are not uncommon. Absolutely not "fast food" at lunch. If you're on a 30-minute break, go elsewhere.

I have not been here in a long time. I come through the drive-through and it was in and out. The employees were extremely happy and outgoing and professional. Made me want to come back as a matter of fact I come back later. We don’t see employees acting that too much. Good freaking job, really!! Not to mention they said thank you and you’re welcome.. we don’t get much of that anymore from any place!

This is the closest burger King to me so maybe 1s a month I come get food here. The last 3 times I've had to wait over 15 minutes to get my food. After getting home I realized none of my food was made properly. Burgers missing condiments and toppings, no dipping sauce like I asked for my nuggets, the chicken sandwich had lettuce everywhere besides on the sandwich over all one of if not the worst burger King I've visited.
