I just placed an order on the app but cannot add “more sauce” so I tried calling for 10-15 min nonstop but they will NOT pick up the phone and I continue to get a fax machine. VERY frustrating. It’s Sunday 7/17/22 at approx 7pm (in case the owner wants to address this issue).

I get the Classic Cheese pizza, five dollars hot 'n ready. Plus tax. For 1900 and something calories, is really good. I was filled up off half the pizza. Good deal for budgeting.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I ordered and was told it would be about 45 min. I said ok and ordered, and paid. I was never offered a receipt and was told to give them at least 45 min. I returned 40 min later to find them CLOSED! Locked, lights off, everything cleaned up. I was sold something, took my money, and they didn’t intend to ever give me my order since I was told to come back (after they closed). LOVE little Caesars, but DO NOT use this location ( much better service at Dunedin location)UPDATE: I returned when they opened the following day, and I was able to receive the order.

Horrible customer service. Would give no stars if I could. Received a burnt pizza. Had to drive back to return it and get a new one, the new one was not ready despite calling before hand to return the pizza. The manager had attitude about the whole thing. Would post the picture of the disgusting burnt pizza if I could (I do have one). Stay away!!!!

So maybe they should consider a different manager…. Stopped in to get my order corrected and offered to show my bank statement that I in fact did a purchase there and let her know the employees name that she confirmed in fact worked there…. Then giving me a lame excuse she needed to verify with the employee….but it was to early to call him … it’s past 10am …. Sad I asked not once but clarified what I wanted and my order was still wrong…. I shouldn’t have to go through the Spanish Inquisition to have an order of STUFFED CHEESE BREAD replaced…. Then when I tell you I don’t have time for your excuses of why you are trying to justify that you need to confirm with your employee first… after I’m able to provide his name and show my sale statement… you suddenly want to retort…. Get some more Customer Service Training …. It was barley a 8 dollar sale to replace … not a 80 dollar….??♀️

Usually I never write a review but the experience of walking into this was terrible. I showed up at 11:45 saw 2 signs on there that said temporary hours open from 12-8. As I saw the door unlocked walked in. Later to see a lady who said”we’re closed did you not read the sign.” With an attitude. I was originally coming in a little early to see if they were hiring but instead of having to walk out. The girl with the glasses was extremely rude and disrespectful. If that’s how you have your employees talk to people in general in the work place that’s terrible. Now I see why they have temporary hours now.

I'm not ashamed to say it, I like Little Caesars Pizza! Is it my all-time favorite pizza? Well, no, that goes to another bit name chain that costs 3-4 times as much. However, if I'm hungry for pizza or just want to grab a quick meal at the last minute for my family and don't want to spend $25+ (before tax & tip) on a pizza, I turn to Little Caesars. The fact that they have pepperoni pizzas ready every day at dinner time where you can just walk in and pick one up for $5 is the convenience every mom is looking for! They are also great when feeding a large group- no worrying about spending a small fortune on pizza for a party. After all, it's pizza, it should be reasonably priced, right? If the pizza was cheap but didn't taste good, I wouldn't keep coming back, but I like the taste of LC's pizza. The crust isn't too thin or thick, there's enough cheese on it, and it isn't covered in grease that has to be wiped off before eating! Sadly, that's something that cannot be said about most low cost pizza places. LC's doesn't deliver, which can be a deterrent for some customers. However, if I know I'll be in the area I try to swing by and pick up a pizza to take home. They do offer custom orders, wings, and other sides too, but I usually turn to LC's for their ready to go pepperoni pizzas, and have never had a bad slice in all the years I have been visiting this location!
Boot Ranch little Caesars, was the worst pizza I've had in a long time !! Dry and over cooked plus asked for it not to be cut and it was. Said he would make a new one but couldn't wait another 15 min. with a 2 yr. old in tow. Very disappointed!

I ordered pizza and the pizza was really gross ! I did create my own pizza and I have never had any issues with any other pizza carrier . I called in for my refund and spoke to the manager and in the middle of me speaking he hung up on . Never spending one dime on here and especially talking to the most rude manager at the pizza place .

Cant comment on the quality of the food. I never got it. Do NOT order delivery. They use Door Dash which is the WORST. I have been waiting for over 2 hours for my pizza and still sitting on hold after being transferred twice on the phone and disconnected at least once-- so far.
