Best steakhouse in Palm Harbor. Linnea, our server, was outstanding. I would recommend asking for her. Steaks were perfect in every way. Save room for the Wagyu Warm Sour Dough Doughnuts with sauce - delicious! Noise is a little loud, but still a great place for a special night out!

Another great meal at the upgraded Packards. Meals prepared elegantly and were delicious. Alena and Hernando(sp?) were attentive and knowledgeable. A nice view of Copperhead on a warm evening.

An enjoyable dining experience, good menu, nice wine list, attentive service(Patrick), food was prepared nicely and was delicious. They did a nice classy upgrade to Packard's, we wish them good luck and we'll be back for sure.

Delightful addition to the world of high end steak houses. Kind of mid century charming with a lovely renovation and a menu where every item has been perfected! This was our third time eating here and this time we shared wood fired artichoke to start along with perfectly crafted cocktails. For the main we both chose steak, one fillet mignon and one Kobe....both delicious and cooked exactly as we ordered. We've also tried the branzino , shrimp and deconstructed wedge salad....yum, yum and yum. It can get a bit loud as the drunk golfers pour in from their 18 holes, but overall it's just fun, with really superb everything! Very expensive but then, good things are. We'll be back.

There is potential here...to be really good or really bad. Our table ordered a rib-eye and strip, both medium rare; both came out medium well at best. We sent both back (no argument from the staff), which is something we rarely do. Both came out fine on the second attempt. How a chef could send those steaks out the way they were improperly prepared is beyond me. Manager came around later and asked if everything was OK, and when we explained the overcooked steaks, he said absolutely nothing. Not, "I'm sorry to hear that" or "I hope everything ended up OK"or "we will work on that". NOTHING. Commitment to detail/excellence missing here. Ultimately, all items (ignoring the first attempt at the steaks) were very good to excellent. Essentially nothing included with the steaks. Value was about right for prime steaks, but they should be thicker. Service was fine. Atmosphere/ambiance/room is nothing great. I'm not sure it is a marked upgrade over what was there before the renovation that took nearly a year. It's up to Packard's from here. If they make the right tweaks, this place could be worth returning to. If it stays as it is or regresses, it's not a compelling destination. Time will tell.

I wanted to treat my husband to a special dinner for his birthday. Packard's delivered. The Innisbrook environment is a beautiful landscape of green grass and trees that makes you feel like you have escaped the concrete and hustle and bustle of Pinellas County. The restaurant offers a delicious variety of uniquely prepared dishes. The prices are on the high end, but that is to expected for a high-end steakhouse.

High prices for medium level food and the Wine selection by the glass was mediocre. I had the grouper - it tasted like lobster because it was overcooked but still kind of tasty. Several at our table had the grouper and not a single person said anything favorable or unfavorable. My husband had the pork chop and said it was very good. The next day I had the blackened fish sandwich - again, underwhelming. Not much taste except for an odd blackened spice. Accompanied fries were good. Overall - not worth the prices but a nice environment and convenient if you are staying at the resort.

The food and service was amazing. Our only complaint was that it was so loud it was difficult to have a conversation even with the person next to you (there were 6 of us). Not sure we would go back for this reason.

Superb food served by Trisha who was excellent and attentive throughout. A large table of male golfers were very loud which made it difficult to converse at our nearby table. Very nice restaurant, they really should devote some effort to baffle sound a bit.

Outstanding dining experience. Food was cooked and spiced to perfection. Service was exceptional! Second to none. We've dined in top notch restaurants internationally and this experience was among the best. Three stars for atmosphere because chairs, while comfortable are hard to move on carpet. Need sliders on legs. And restrooms were FREEZING cold. Like ridiculously cold. That said, color scheme and lighting are gorgeous. Great view of iconic first hole at Copperhead. We'll definitely be back.

We've dined internationally at some of the finest restaurants and this experience was second to none. Food was prepared to perfection. Server was excellent. Color scheme and lighting are lovely. Only negative observations are that the rest room area was literally like 50 degrees. F R E E Z I N G and very uncomfortable. And the dining room chairs, while comfortable to sit in, are very hard to move on the carpet. They need sliders or something on them to make them more mobile. (Lots of gray hair at this experience.....Just sayin'!) All that to say, we will definitely be back!

Quality, ambience, and the service was excellent. Have not been back since they've renovated Packards. What a difference from our prior visits. Servings are on the small side. My husband ordered the fish instead of the filet and was quite disappointed. I think it fit in half the size of his palm. I don't think it was more than 3 ounces of grouper. We should have discuss with our server, but we did not. That's the only thing I will say for the prices they could improve on quantity -understand inflation is part of it, but for $40 expected more. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner and super impressed with the entire staff. We will return The flavor and quality of the food, especially the filet mignon, we're on bar with the big steak houses in Tampa and so much closer to home.

Party of 6...chilled choice seafood tower, the softest Parker house rolls, great steak cuts cooked to perfection, delicious salmon entree, Caesar salads, brussel sprouts, smashed yukon golds, mushrooms, potato puree, pineapple carrot cake, sourdough doughnuts, delicious cocktails, white wines by the glass and two bottles of red...it's been a long time since I can say EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious with complete attention paid to our requests and one dairy allergy. Our compliments to the kitchen, and the serving staff...Glenn, our head waiter, was outstanding. We could not have asked for a better night in a really well done and newly refurbished dining room...great atmosphere. Thank you all!!! We can't wait to return!!

Staff is fantastic except for our billing. We were with another couple and our orders were all mixed up on the bill. She fixed it but one item was still wrong which she credited. So she did all she could to fix the problem. I asked about the "lobster tail" that was offered by Packards before the reopening to go with the steak which could also be ordered separately. I was told it was available. My "lobster tail" arrived and was the size of one shimp and mostly fin. Charged $35 and definitely not a lobster tail. Very scant amount of Yukon Gold potatoes to go with the steak. Really? These are potatoes and cannot cost that much. For a super expensive high end steak house this is ridiculous. Presentation on the wedge salad is strange. I think most would prefer the usual presentation. On the recommendation - I would give it a maybe but that isn't a choice.
