Please stay far away from this place. If I can leave negative 100 Stars I absolutely would. I asked for a pizza well done and they delivered a pizza that was absolutely black and burnt and not edible for my children. I then called the restaurant to tell them what was going on but of course they barely spoke any English and a little bit that they did they were too busy yelling at me. Every time I tried to speak the man talked over me and then proceeded to hang up on me. So I called back and speak with the young lady that's there and she continues to talk over me, I said please let me speak and she said no you shut up and listen so I laughed and I said okay have a great day. The whole point of delivery is not having to leave the house especially when you have to load up the kids but that's what I proceeded to do and head over to the restaurant with your 10 minutes away. I figured okay maybe in person they will speak correctly and I can show them and maybe get a fresh pizza done but no I get there show them the pizza and the little kid then proceeds to continue to yell in my face gets in my face and tells me this is what you ordered so too bad deal with it I looked at the girl thinking maybe I could get through to her and she just Shrugged their shoulders and walked away and said she don't care. So being that I had the children in the car and I refuse to argue with anybody especially a child over their dumb mistakes I handed them their pizza box back and said no thank you you deal with it now, the little boy then proceeded to spit in the pizza box and tried to hand it back to me. I let it fall right there on the floor and left and said I will be letting everybody know about this place and how horrible it is. Please do not ever order from here because you don't know if this kid is spitting in your orders or not. They truly just do not care. Don't say I didn't warn you. Attaching pictures of the burnt pizza they delivered to me and expected me to feed my children with without a care in the world. Their customer service is horrendous!

This location really isn't for dining in.Good for takeout.The Pizza is excellent and one of my favorites.I am looking forward to the reopening of The Coconut Grove location. The Grove location was the closest to NYC style that you could find in Miami.Thin light crust and good ingredients. ? I still recommend this location as good pie!

Ordered their supreme pizza. Probably one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. The dough felt like it was not fully cooked and was incredibly soggy by the time I got it. when I picked up each slice, all the toppings, including cheese, just slid right off all at once The chain restaurants are much better than this, do not recommend.

The meatball parmigiana was a little void of sauce and could use just a tad bit more to make it good and maybe the sauce could be a little drier too I think it was not as thick enough to really make it a good meatball parmesan.

Well..not yet. I work with Dade County School Transportation and been passing by there for months, always looking at the Logo..New York's Pizza. And, when I c me to the States, we arrived in New York as a family. It was here at 12 yrs old I tasted my very first New York pizza made by Italian. What an experience. And so..my goal and desire is to see if the experience will repeat it self. Can't wait, and for sure will leave an honest review. Because there is no better advertising than word of mouth..Could not post unless I pressed a star. So..in faith and according to most comments, I will jump the gun and press 5 stars, and hope I will not regret it.

Horrible service, horrible delivery, horrible management! That is without even having tried the food. Tried to order for 45 min. the system they use took the money but never placed the order. Tried to call this actual pizza place, called 12 times, hung up on 10 times. Finally was told they had no order from me but to prove I in fact ordered it. So I got their email sent them proof of order payment and very, very frustrated. I will not order from them again, they must not know how to do basic business in the United States. pizza is most likely horrible as is their customer service. The Roma person told me too bad speak with GubHub ... I have an invoice from them with transaction Id etc. and GubHub said the order never went to the pizza place and may credit back the amount after 24 hours! What shitty service is that. The only acceptable answer from either place is sorry, will get your order asap.... and then at no charge. This simple order for one pizza not to be delivered has taken 1 hour 45 min. and no food!
