I did this order April 21 at 12&40pmThe best pizza, but the costumer services that comes from the drivers is really poor. Driver called me and said to walk all the way to the front gate because he didn't have time to come to my door.

Great things crust pizza! L8ve the toppings how they are small. Ground sausage! My favorite ever!!Kid-friendliness: Nice familiar pizza shop, tasty and reminds us of home.

It is not the best experience, the place does not offer anything different from other places, customer service: I would say they do their job, food: it tastes good, we did not waste the money but it is not in the top of favorites and I would surely opt for another option the next opportunity and the atmosphere because it is a family place and I like that, everything looks clean and there is space to park and the food didn't take long to arrive, on the contrary it arrived very quickly.

My boys favorite pizza. Staff is always so nice and pizza is always on point. Family atmosphere. Make sure to dip your pizza in ranch and get one of their famous cookies for dessert!

We came here because we were craving sir pizza. We were going to go to key Biscayne but found this location and it was so much closer to our home that we wanted to try it out. It was a horrible idea. We ordered our pizza with extra cheese and it didn’t have the extra cheese. The pizza dough was bad and it had a lot of sauce.

After 25 years of being a loyal fan of Sir Pizza in Key Biscayne, I must express my disappointment with the Palmetto Bay branch. It appears they are not upholding the brand's reputation and quality. Time after time, we encountered several issues. Firstly, if you don't specifically request "extra crispy dough," they prepare the pizza inconsistently. Moreover, they seem to struggle with cutting it into proper slices. Despite our request for additional oven time, the pizza still needed extra attention - we had to put it on the grill for an additional 5 minutes or even contemplate disposing of it. We provided them with numerous chances, having given them around 20 opportunities. However, today, we made the tough decision to throw in the towel.
